Nestled on the bank of the river in Sheepscot Harbour Resort, this newly constructed 1BR/1BA condo sleeps four comfortably. Your family will feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, water-view deck, and open concept living and dining area. The central location puts you within walking distance of Red's Eats, a famed seafood eatery serving the best lobster roll in Maine. Take the short drive to Fort Edgecomb State Park and enjoy a picnic on the waterfront.

Inside this newly constructed condo, sunshine pours through a set of French doors and brightens every corner of the open layout. Prepare home-cooked meals in a stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dine together at a table for four. The living area invites up to five guests to sink into the sofa and chaise lounge to watch the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. Spend quiet evenings sipping wine on a shared deck with seating for two, and look out at the Sheepscot River below. Get a good night's sleep in a queen-size bedroom with handsome wood furnishings and a 32” wall-mounted flatscreen TV. An adjoining guest bathroom is configured with a shower.

Situated within the Sheepscot Harbour Resort in Edgecomb, your condo is within walking distance (15 minutes) to Red's Eats, a famed seafood joint serving up the best lobster roll in Maine. Or drive 10 minutes to Fort Edgecomb State Park and enjoy a picnic on the waterfront. The central location near Route 1 means neighboring towns are easily accessible. Get out and explore nearby Wiscasset, Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bath, Brunswick, and Camden.

Stayed here before and really enjoy the location and price. The only issues was with the door code going to my junk mail and was hard to find. Couldn’t stream my Netflix to the Roku TV. Frustrating. All in all another good stay and will stay again!

Lovely view from this one bedroom condo in a small structure with 4 units. In a cute community near a pier, and an inn. Comfortable bed, nice sofa and small kitchen. Everything was comfortable and clean, friendly community.
