A private waterfront cottage nestled away in the town of Edgecomb; “in the southern part of Lincoln County, which is situated upon the peninsula formed by the Sheepscot and Damariscotta Rivers, having Newcastle on the north and Boothbay upon the south.

The cottage sits on an acre of land and is surrounded by beautiful forest and a view of the hallmark village, Wiscasset. Perfect place for couples, family, or friends to spend the summer/fall/vacation or getaway by the river's edge.

Davis Island

The home sits at the end of a peninsula across from Wiscasset; a town known for its culture, beauty, and history. The view across the Sheepscot River captures all the iconic views of the church steeple and calming waters. The home's location is quiet and private with the exception of occasional friendly neighbors going for their morning walk down the road.

We had a winderful spring visit to this cozy riverside cottage. The location is one of our favorite Maine spots. We love the quiet road and the view of Wiscasset.

We had an amazing time staying here—thank you so much for having us! The home was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had plenty of room for our family of four. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.We especially loved how peaceful and quiet the location was. The walk down to the fort offered gorgeous views, and it was so relaxing to sit by the water and take it all in. The property was also conveniently located, making it easy to visit all of our favorite vacation spots, including Popham Beach.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back!

Just loved how cozy and well-equipped the whole cottage was. Lots of windows and natural light. We stayed during a snowstorm and it was fun to look out at the snow falling and be so cozy and comfortable. Decorations were adorable!

Summer vacation

Beautiful home for up to four guests. Great location close to many of the Midcoast Maine attractions. Home was clean and comfortable with a great water view. Would definitely stay again.

Spring vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The view back to Wiscasset is wonderful. We enjoyed walking the quiet road and loved seeing all the spring flowers and blooming trees. The house is so relaxing and peacefull

Coastal Maine Trip

This property was perfect for our wants and needs. Exceptionally well furnished and equipped. We much enjoyed sitting by the river and watching the bridge traffic in the early evening. This is a great location for day trips to explore coastal Maine.

Fall Get Away

We loved our stay at this cozy waterfront cottage. The house is comfortable and well supplied. The cottage is in such a beautiful spot. We took walks down to the fort, explored the area and went to Sherman's Bookstore in Boothbay and Damiscotta. It was the perfect relaxing get away.

My daughter and I had an amazing two night stay at the waterfront house. I love sitting outside at night watching the cars go over the bridge. The location was easily accessible to all the activities we had planned, including beaches, lobster, shacks, and light houses. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful beautiful B&B thank you for having us.

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful visit to Edgecomb. The property owner responded quickly and kindly to an issue we had at check in. We enjoyed watching the water, walking around Wiscasset and Boothbay and exploring the backroads of Maine. Highly recommend a visit to the area. Check out Treats, Birches Cafe, and Yonder for delicious snacks

Perfect Serene Vacation Spot

This was our second time staying at this property. We loved it so much the first time, we had to go back. The home is lovely and light-filled, the beds are comfortable, the view from the home and the location is great. It was the perfect spot to venture out on little day trips and then come back to relax and watch the sunset. Nancy is a wonderful and attentive host. We will definitely be back!
