About this property

Quiet 1-bedroom studio in charming Sandpoint with AC. Pet-friendly.

Only 8 minutes to downtown Sandpoint and a 20 minute drive to the top of Schweitzer mountain (less than 5 minutes to the free shuttle parking!). The perfect home base for exploring North Idaho, as well as offering a private backyard patio to take in the afternoon/evening sun. This one bedroom has an everything you need for your home away from home. Things to note: this is a small space, about 300sf in total and it’s attached to the other end of our garage. However, it is completely private and most of the time we don’t even run into guests. Also, like most people in Sandpoint, we live near railroad tracks. We are used to the sound, but if you are very sensitive to noise, we may not be the right fit. We do provide ear plugs if needed!

Originally from western WA, but choose to move and raise our 4 kids in North Idaho. We enjoy being outdoors, gardening, playing at the lake and getting together with friends. I’ve traveled all over and enjoy being able to host other, providing a safe and clean place to rest in between exploring the area we call home.

Why they chose this property

We could not be happier with the neighborhood we call home! It’s a quiet dead end road, full of friendly neighbors we actually know. We can take short walks/bike rides along the road and get into town in less than 10 minutes by car.
