5 minute drive or less than 10 minute bike ride to Hampton Classic.

Fenced in backyard. Minutes from Hampton jitney, train station, and local transportation! 3-5 min. Walk to Bridgehampton town and shops, fitness, library, citarella or bike to the ocean rd. beach. On the same road of the nature reserve, children's museum, playgrounds, deli, Topping Rose house and farmers market, Bay burger, Estias restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive to the Bridgehampton commons, and grocery store.

We offer a grill, beach cruisers, one with optional child seat, beach chairs + toys, umbrella and yoga mats, 2 Paddle Boards! Paddle out on Sagg pond, or Long beach Sag Harbor. Although our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is little and cozy, we are outdoors people and utilize our convenient space to relax when we aren't spending our time out and about! We hope you appreciate it as much. This cottage works perfect for location, and a place to rest when you're busy out exploring!

Everything was very nice. Just couldn't use the DVR, was not connected and ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work. Had a lovely getaway.

charming, exceptionally clean, and well located

This cottage, while tiny, is laid out well so that folks can have sufficient privacy. I've rented in the Hamptons a number of times and can say that this is a great location: within walking distance of Bridgehampton and a quick drive to the ocean beach; as well, Bridgehampton situates you in the middle of the Hamptons so that the other towns are easily accessible. Most noteworthy about this rental is that it was extremely clean and well stocked. I recommend it highly.

Great location and vibe.

The cottage is accurately described on listing. Beds were comfortable and layout, while quite cozy, worked well for our group of 4. The place is a 6 minute walk to town with amenities like bikes and paddle boards on hand made local activities like lunching and beach that much richer of an experience. Theressa was a good host who was readily available when we needed her.

We are outdoorsy people, I am a certified yoga and SUP yoga instructor, my husband works outdoors. Our cozy small cottage is a convenient location and just perfect place for us to come home to when we are out spending weeks to months traveling, road trips, camper, and flying, when were not working. Now that we have a toddler, and expecting new baby this year, we just recently purchased our 2nd home to accommodate our growing family. We hope you appreciate our cottage as much as we did!
