Newly Renovated Modern Contemporary Home in East Hampton with Luxury Sheets and Towels / Walk to Gardener's Bay Beach (this is a new listing so just a few reviews so far / see my other property at listing #145634 as this will be run with same quality / attention).

This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 Baths. Two Master Suites and 2 Guest Bedrooms, all bedrooms have King size beds + Frette Italian sheets, and new mattresses. Large TV in living room, 3 bedrooms all have smart TVs. Newly renovated bathrooms. Large Outdoor Shower (no pool). Many terraces on both upper and main level. Mature landscaping.

10 outdoor lounge chairs, large outdoor table seats 8-10, new Weber Grill. Large driveway. Max 4 cars in driveway, no street parking (East Hampton town rule). Great for families, extended families, or a small group of friends (no more than 4 unrelated guests per East Hampton town rule). Lovely and comfortable home, fully equipped, you should only need to bring your personal items! Italian Frette sheets, towels and Jonathan Adler and Yves Delorme beach towels. 4 Beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas to take to the local beach. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking / jogging / biking (bring your bike).

Access to the neighborhood private bay beach is just a few minutes walk. Peaceful neighborhood with no through-traffic is perfect for kids, biking, walking, relaxing.
There are 4 bikes and helmets available. Approx. 12 min drive to East Hampton town center, Sag Harbor town center and ocean beaches. This home is in the Northwest Woods of East Hampton near a private bay beach (this is not Springs, Springs is on the other side of 3 Mile Harbor about 15-20 min away).

Comfortable and welcoming

We enjoyed using this house as our home base for a family reunion near by. The hosts were so lovely and they have created a gracious home surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Many of our group used and loved the outdoor shower. Kitchen well stocked and made it super easy to settle in. Thank you!

The house was cluttered and not very clean. The hot water didn't work. The front gate is manual this is a very annoying feature especially since you can't see at night to lock the gate. Locking the gate in the dark is unsettling.

Frances loved the house, I gave her the tour myself. No, by any standard this house is not cluttered, which anyone can see by looking at the photos. The house is extremely clean, Italian sheets and duvets are washed the day guests arrive, pillowcases are ironed. Frances said there was dust on her daughter's friends duvet cover and she had to wash it. That is impossible, it was washed that morning, which I assured her and she said "Okay". There is plenty of hot water, you might have to let it run longer in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Frances booked for one adult and two children. Even with all the extra guests that showed up, not sure how many, there is plenty of hot water. There are lights at the gate, lovely neighborhood, Gate is easy to use. I always work to address any issues and encourage guests to text me. She never mentioned any difficulty with this other than needing to get out of the car. I have not had any deer get into the property in 3 years. There were 8 deer on the property within 2 days and hydrangea trees and bushes were totally decimated. One of the 3 cars drove over a 14 foot cypress tree in the driveway. I asked about this but didn't get a response. The house was left in okay condition but one of the bedrooms was very very dirty, unfortunately.
