For stays ending on or after January 1, 2027, Oregon`s Transient Lodging Tax increases from 1.5% to 2.75%. Because our reservation system cannot automatically apply this future tax change to reservations booked before January 1, 2027, the additional 1.25% will be added separately to applicable 2027 reservations as a Nature Conservation Fee.

Tucked among the pines in the South Meadow area, this warm and eclectic cabin is designed for easy, comfortable group stays. The layout makes it simple to gather together while still having space to spread out, whether you`re here with extended family or multiple families traveling together.

Living + Gathering Spaces

The open great room is the heart of the home, where vaulted wood ceilings, central air conditioning, and large windows create a bright, inviting space to relax. Comfortable seating surrounds the gas fireplace, making it a natural spot for morning coffee, afternoon downtime, or evenings spent together after a day outside.

The dining area connects seamlessly to the living space, keeping everyone part of the conversation whether you`re sharing meals, playing games, or planning the next day.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped for group meals, with plenty of space to prep and cook. Whether you`re putting together a quick breakfast before heading out or settling in for a full dinner, everything you need is within reach.

Entertainment + Extras

The home is equipped with TVs in the main living area and additional spaces, both with Amazon Fire Sticks for streaming. Guests are welcome to log in using their personal accounts during their stay.

For added flexibility, the home also includes extra card tables that can be used for games, puzzles, or additional dining space for larger groups.

Families traveling with young children will find a pack n play and baby gates available for use.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to a large deck surrounded by trees, offering a peaceful and private setting. The fire pit area is perfect for evenings together, whether you`re roasting s’mores, sharing stories, or unwinding under the stars. The outdoor space also includes a hammock, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the peaceful setting.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is best suited for families or groups with children due to the bunk room setup.

Located in the South Meadow area, the home is just minutes from Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, where you’ll find pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and more. Bike paths and trails are easily accessible, making it easy to explore everything Black Butte Ranch has to offer.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home, including all interior spaces, the deck, and the fire pit area.

The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy, secure entry. You’ll receive your unique door code 72 hours prior to arrival.

As part of your stay, you`ll also have access to Black Butte Ranch amenities, including pools, hot tubs, the lake for canoeing and paddleboarding, biking paths, golf, and recreation areas.

Fire Safety
Outdoor wood-burning fires and open flames are not permitted at Black Butte Ranch. The home`s outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace are gas and may be used in accordance with Ranch rules and any seasonal fire restrictions.

Pet Policy
- One dog allowed per stay
- A mandatory pet fee of $170 applies
- Please keep pets off all furniture and beds
- Guests are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste

Black Butte Ranch Rules
- No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs allowed
- No RVs, motorhomes, or trailers permitted on property

Amenity Note

There is no private hot tub at the home. Guests have access to shared hot tubs and pools at Glaze Meadow Recreation Center.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
