NEW - Modern Black Butte Ranch Getaway - 3BR w/ Game Room and Hot Tub

Welcome to Elk Haven! This vacation home offers the perfect balance of forest serenity and beautiful mountain views. Tucked against a peaceful stretch of the Deschutes forest, the backyard feels like a private woodland retreat where you can often see a herd of elk passing through…ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Out the front, you’re treated to views of iconic Black Butte. Whether you're looking to, swim, hike, bike, ski, or simply unwind, this home places you right in the center of Central Oregon's natural beauty.

This cozy 3 bed/2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. There are two separate bedrooms with King-size beds, and another room with two twin size bunk beds with additional trundles under each of the bunks. There is a fireplace, couch and chairs for leisure in the living room, plus a large dining area and nice big kitchen for preparing meals. It even has a counter with a wet bar. The high speed internet and large smart TV are perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The house backs up to the national forest, great place to sit back and enjoy with a cup of coffee or a private dip in the hot tub. Residents enjoy amenities such as 2-golf courses, tennis & pickleball courts, six pools, hot tubs, fitness rooms, a spa, & three restaurants.

Guests are welcome to use the bikes (stored in the garage), foosball, dart board and hot tub. We keep the home well stocked with everything you need for a family getaway (games, puzzles, pool towels, gas grill and firepit, fully stocked kitchen complete with spices, and tupperware, etc).

Great Family Vacation Home

We loved the house, plenty of room for our family of 6 and they have a great family fun room in the garage. Plus bikes for all the bike trails at Black Butte Ranch. Great outdoor deck area with hot tub, BBQ, patio dining table and a lovely fire table! We will rent again!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving at this home. Everything about it was perfect. My family enjoyed it a lot. The interior is very nice and modern. I was worried about cooking a big meal away from home but the kitchen was great. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept well. We loved the convenience of the location. Very close to the lodge but still quiet and peaceful. Heather was great to work with. I lost my email with house instructions and she got back to me quickly. Was very nice and helpful. Was a great holiday. We definitely will go back.

This home was perfect for us. We had 7 adults who fit easy, and our pups had room to roam. The house was as pictured and described, easy to locate in Black Butte Ranch, and very convenient to the Lodge. The kitchen had all the amenities and small appliances needed, and grilling and chilling out back was so peaceful. Easy check in and check out. Heather answered our texts quickly. We wish we had an extra day after our son’s wedding to just sit in the rockers out front and take in the view. Bonus that there were 5 adult bikes to use while our friends and family had to rent! We will come back for sure!

Everything we hoped it would be!

Our annual summer getaway to BBR was another wonderful vacation for the books and a large part of that is credit to finding the perfect house for our group! With a group of eight which included three 20 yr olds and three 17 yr olds, this house allowed for multiple places to hangout and relax. The crown jewel of the home is the primary bedroom located upstairs away from the two bedrooms downstairs. It provided the ultimate escape when wanting to retire early for the night or take a nap when others were wanting to socialize. Large windows made for incredible views of the surrounding trees and wildlife. Cozy bedding and furniture throughout the home and a fully stocked kitchen. Bikes were available to use and the hot tub & patio were inviting. The host was super responsive and accommodating. All this to say that we would definitely stay there again!
