Laundry facilities onsite. On a quiet cul-de-sac with excellent, walkable neighborhood to Trader Joe's and other amenities. No restriction on street parking. Central to beach, UCLA and metro transportation. SUV rental possible. Perfect for FIFA World Cup fans and view of July 4th fireworks.

The separate one‑bedroom suite with kitchen was a good size and worked well for us with our small dog. The neighborhood is older but seeing renovations, and it’s about a 20‑minute drive to UCLA. Todd was great to communicate and make sure we had what we needed. Not a spot for relaxation, but practical — well stocked kitchen with more than what you need, pet‑friendly, easier for dog walks, and decently priced.
