Located on the 8th floor with elevator access, this modern condo offers a comfortable and well-designed layout, ideal for couples, small families, or remote work stays. It features two bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds, along with 2.5 bathrooms that provide extra comfort and privacy.



The living and dining area is bright and inviting, with access to a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full meals. You’ll also enjoy high-speed WiFi, air conditioning throughout the unit, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.



As part of the Oceana development, guests have access to a shared rooftop with a pool, lounge areas, and a grill—ideal for enjoying Bucerías’ beautiful sunsets and laid-back atmosphere.



Guest Access:

The development is in its final phase of construction. While the condo itself is fully finished and comfortable, there may be occasional daytime noise.



Access to the building includes a short walk that may be slightly uneven, which may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility.
