Welcome to Casa Kaia! Our luxurious two bedroom, two full bath, ocean view condo with a Boho-Chic Mexican flair is located right in the heart of Zona Dorada in the beautiful beach town of Bucerias. Located less than a block from the beach!! Features include custom, high-end furniture and finishes, a relaxed boho-chic beach vibe, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, exclusive rooftop pool and terrace with 360 degree beach, ocean, mountain & city views, full amenities, kid & pet friendly, security, private garage parking, elevator & much more!
*Pool is under construction until May 2026*

Living room:
The main living area provides an open concept with a large, comfy sofa that also becomes another sleeping space equivalent to an extra long double bed. There is a new 65” Smart TV which allows you to conveniently access all your streaming services. Ceiling fan, and individually controlled air conditioning units in living room and each bedroom.

Dining:
We have a dining area with a large table with seating for 4. There are another 3 bar stools for seating at the kitchen counter.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped providing you with a full refrigerator freezer, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, pots & pans and all the necessary tableware and utensils. Plenty of extra shelves and cabinet space to store your groceries for your stay.

Laundry:
Convenient in-unit washer and dryer for your use.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom:
King size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, attached full bathroom (shower) with separate sink area and a huge closet. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion provided. Magnifying makeup mirror with light, hair dryer. Sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor patio allowing you to listen to the waves of the ocean at night and wake up to the beautiful ocean view.

Second Bedroom:
Queen size bed, closet space, ceiling fan, A/C

Main Full Bathroom:
Sink & shower, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion provided.

Outdoor patio:
Sliding glass doors open up completely to allow indoor/outdoor living, if you desire. Table & chairs to watch the sunset with you favorite beverage. Another chair and coffee table to relax with a book or listen to the waves.

Rooftop Pool & Terrace:
The 6th floor of the building offers an exclusive rooftop space with 360 degree ocean, city, mountain & sunset views. A covered lounge area, large uncovered terrace with chairs and umbrellas, and a beautiful and refreshing pool. There are also 3 bathrooms available for your use.

A very comfortable condo in a great location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Quiet little bach town, many dining options, grocery store near by. Condo was supper cute, clean and had everything we needed. Parking in a private garage, only a few steps to the beach and beautiful relaxing view from the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location, relaxing getaway

Property is great for walking to everything in Bucerias. One block from miles of sandy beach. Several restaurants, local grocery store, quaint coffee shops all a short walk away. 2BR, 2Bath gives lots of room for a couple, balcony has space for morning coffee with an ocean view. Rooftop pool fabulous. Only downside was the constant construction beside (almost on top of) the property but obviously nothing can be done about a growing beach town!

We truly loved staying at Casa Kaia! The condo itself is lovely, modern and well appointed. The host is exceptional, always fast to communicate, and very helpful! The beach is close by and wonderful restaurants too. If I had the opportunity, I would live in a condo just like this. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the evening sunsets from this viewpoint are amazing. We felt safe and never worried about leaving our personal items in the condo when we went out. I would highly recommend booking this property in Bucerius!

Sewer smell in bathrooms was over the top. Being a plumber back home I can say that gas is not something you want to breath every day. Not good

SPECTACULAR

We were at this property for two days. Two spectacular days. The communication with the owner was great. There were a couple of issues before check in and the owner was on top of it before we even knew there was a lock issue. The condo presents even better than the excellent photographs. The attention to detail in decorating to the quality of pillows is top notch. Absolutely stunning and high quality. We were travelling with our adult son and his wife and there was space for everyone and privacy as bedrooms are far from each other. The welcome gift was the icing on the cake, so thoughtful and classy. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Review of Casa Kaia

Our feelings on our stay are very mixed. On the plus side the apartment is well equipped for a stay except it does not have an oven so if you plan to eat in this is a disadvantage. It is located a block from the ocean with an easy walk to the beach and to several nearby restaurants and coffee shops.On the negative side there was a bad smell from the second bathroom which was either from sewer or mold. It was bad enough that we decided to leave after 14 days when we had booked for 24. The owner did make attempts to eradicate this smell but was unsuccessful while we were there. We are still unsatisfied with the amount of compensation we received when we left because of a problem that was not caused by us but by the unit construction issue. Another major issue is the construction which is within a few feet of the condo which is noisy 6 days a week. Subsequent to us leaving the owner indicated that they had found the cause of the problem being the vent fan being connected to a sewer vent.
