Parking is generally limited to about 3 hours, and overnight parking may be prohibited. Please plan accordingly to avoid tickets.

To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone, please review and follow the rules below:
Account Verification Guests must complete ID verification through the booking platform prior to check-in, as required by the platform’s policies.
Check-In & Check-Out Please follow the stated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested 1–2 days in advance and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking Park only in the designated areas listed in the check-in instructions.
Shoes Indoors (Carpeted Areas) To help protect and maintain the cleanliness of our carpeted areas, shoes and slippers are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask that you remove them upon entry.
Toilet Use Flush only human waste and toilet paper. All other items must be disposed of in the bins provided to prevent plumbing issues.
Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Changes must be reported in advance. Extra guests are charged $50 per person per night.
No unauthorized Parties or Events Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Illegal Activities Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Security & Safety Devices Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety systems is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of your stay.
Lost Keys / Lockout Lost keys or guest lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee.
Recycling & Garbage Please follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines due to improper sorting will be charged to the guest (up to $300). Excessive garbage may result in additional disposal fees of up to $300.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
No Smoking Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and near entrances or windows. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and similar devices. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.
Cancellation Policy By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Care of the Property Please treat the home with respect and report any damages promptly.
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
