Communication with Robert set was beyond excellent. He recommended a restaurant, coffee shops, and - best of all - The Richmond Night Market. What fun and he even gave us instructions on how to get around on the Sky Train The house is charming with retro and comfortable. Many thanks for hosting us!

A nice little place in a location that's very convenient with easy access to a sky train station for getting downtown or to the airport. Bob was a great host and very helpful.The chickens in the back had a tendency to make a bit of noise early in the morning but otherwise no issues.

We stayed there one night before we left on a cruise. It was a nice clean environment. It did not have laundry which I didn't expect being a full house rental. The owner actually stayed in the basement and had a urban farm with chickens in the back yard the kids really enjoyed. We did walk from the metro to the house and was less than 5 minutes with full luggage in tow. There was a large department store 1 mile away and a shopping plaza near the metro that we walked to so it's a great location to stay. Then it was a quick metro trip from there to the port. Overall, a good first trip to Canada.

House is a bit dated and there is no assigned parking and may be difficult to get depending on when you check inWasher and dryer are not on the premises but at the owner's and the owner stays in the basement.On the positive side the house is a few minutes away from the sky train station which will take you to the airport. It is also a few minutes walk away from a supermarket, pharmacy and a number of restaurants. It is 10 minutes away from the airport.House was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was good for a one night stay especially since some.of us were flying out of Vancouver the next morning

Everything was dusty. The bedsheets were not cleaned and there was a bad smell all over the house. The washroom rug was sticky. Overall the house should have been a little bit more cleaner.
