Cozy 2BR home in Freeport near the bay with easy boat access and large parking for boats or RVs. Relax on the back porch with swing, big screen TV, darts, and cornhole, or unwind by the fire pit under the stars. Located in the heart of Freeport, just minutes from fishing, 1.6 miles to the nearest boat ramp and under 10 miles to the beautiful white-sand Emerald Coast beaches. A quiet, comfortable retreat perfect for boating, fishing, or a peaceful coastal getaway. Large parking area for your boat, fishing gear, and your crew. RV 30amp Hook-up available.

Booking this place that I found amazing just by the pictures but to be amazed by how much more beautiful it is, it's in a quiet place which I enjoyed soo much, I got to grill seafood with my husband, play with my toddler on the back covered porch I have soo many things to say but the best part was how clean this house could be and the fresh sweet smell! Our host was beyond nice! She helepd me with any questions I had! The kitchen besides being nice, also had everything we needed 😊 and we got greeted with a nice bowl of sweets and snacks and my name written on a chalkboard! Next time we are definitely going there again! Thank you again for this amazing experience, I'm beyond happy I got to stay here!

We chose this area because of its quiet coastal charm and easy access to everything that makes the Emerald Coast special. Freeport offers a more peaceful, relaxed atmosphere than the busy tourist areas, while still being close to beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, shopping, and great local restaurants.

The neighborhood has a laid-back “old Florida” feel where you can slow down, enjoy nature, and spend time on the water without the crowds. One of the best parts is being so close to Choctawhatchee Bay, nearby boat launches, and scenic waterfront spots perfect for fishing, kayaking, sunsets, and morning coffee outdoors.
