Probably the best place I’ve stayed in the Miramar/Destin area as far as location and still had privacy plus great beach access. Air was cold and the shower was hot so what more do you need right? The only thing I would recommend was for the owner to buy a cheap k-cup coffee maker and the place would feel complete.

This place was so close to the beach on a street that has a public beach access but didn't have public parking, so the beach itself was not overcrowded at all. It was so easy to just walk out the door and hit the beach in about 2 minutes. I just want to give a special shout out to the host for having GREAT QUALITY TOILET PAPER. And I know that's probably a small thing, but I always expect the crappy 1 ply TP that you get at most hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed/expected. Kitchen was well equipped for our purposes. Would definitely stay again!

Good stay for the price

We really enjoyed how close this place was to the beach and there was even chair/umbrella rental right at the beach entrance. It is super close to the grocery store and outlet mall too. The place could be updated a little but that's just personal preference. Balcony doesn't have a great view but that wasn't a big deal for us since we knew it wasn't right on the beach. WiFi is very slow so it's best not to rely on that. About 35 minutes from Destin airport.

Omg!! Such a quiet clean condo and a wonderful price. I have always loved Miramar Beach, Destin, Florida, and this specific area corner since 1997. We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every moment with the full kitchen and full amenities. Everything is within walking distance. I’m sold!! I will definitely book this condo again in the next couple of months and future events! Thank you! I’ll be in touch!!

We had a great stay and found the place to be exactly as advertised. This place is older and does not have many modern updates but everything was very clean, well cared for, and works perfectly. I was particularly happy that they have good water pressure for dishes and showers.Easy access to the beach, food and shops.

Work Assignment

This charming townhome is what I needed while resting and relaxing before working (nightshift RN). The property is well maintained, and the personal touches the owners provided added to the unique home away from home atmosphere. I would highly recommend their townhome for work or personal use. The beautiful beach is only minutes away from their door to the sand. Private and cozy surroundings offer memories waiting to be made.

So cozy

Although an older home it was clean, well stocked for long stays, great location for the beach, outlets,Souviner shops, and restaurants. Had plenty of extra blankets and pillows plus an air mattress that was provided if need be. Got a good night's sleep every night as it felt cozy and like home! The decor was cute and beachey,neighborhood is very quite and seems to be more residential and away from the younger spring breakers. Checking in and out was easy really great property. Only thing I would suggest is bring a crock pot for simple meals if you plan on being on the beach all day! Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving holiday

This was a nice & quiet townhome to spend Thanksgiving & some time with my son who is stationed in Mary Esther in the Air Force. It was conveniently located to stores especially for us to do some Black Friday shopping. We really enjoyed spending time together there. I was a little sad when it had to end because I love Florida.

Great distance to the beach!

Less than a 5min walk to the beach total! Super close to all the places you need to be! Very easy communicating with owner. My only complaint was the broom-the bristle holder was detached from the sweeping pole. We taped it together and notified owner.

Good size condo in a quiet area right beside beach. In the best area, close to everything. I suggest bringing a fan for both rooms, it gets very hot upstairs. Great water pressure.

Fantastic location, very neat and tidy place.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The location couldn't get any better; very close to the beach and shopping outlets. It was a well functioning unit for a family. We have a couple of suggestions - the bed in the 2nd bedroom is squeaking and needs to be fixed. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. Overall, a great place at a wonderful price. Will definitely visit again.

Stay at the beach condo.

The condo we rented I would give it a 4 out of 5. It was clean but I am OCD and their cleaning lady needs to learn to clean under things such as the couch and chairs. But all over it was clean. The only problem we had was a water leak. We was informed about it on our way down there as soon as the owner found out. It was a good place to stay and we might stay there again possibly.

Perfect little cozy home for getaway

The place is just as described. We went down for a few days to take maternity pics on the beach. The water is a very small walk away from the property. The water is very beautiful at that location. The beach wasn't crowded and the folks there were more of a family crowd. The outlet stores were right across the main road. The home was perfect for us. The beds slept very comfortably. It was clean and neat. It has everything you need. If you're looking for a great little place super close to the water and doesn't break the bank then this is the place to stay.

We had trouble with reaching the owners before the visit. We’re trying to add a day and couldn’t get them to call or text us back. Once we got to the house we had an issue with a ceiling leaking and had no trouble getting in touch with them then. It was a nice a clean property

The place was cute, clean, closer to the beach. Awfully expressive for what we got, though. Would have been nice to have Kleenex and soap. That's why I said it was adequate.

Older property with walking access to the beach, but terrible traffic.

> The place is older, but in good shape. > Uses standard lock and key for access. > Carpet is out dated on the stairs and bedrooms. > AC blows cold air thru the floor vents, so it can get warm on the second floor. > The unit has a newer washer & dryer and nice amenities in the kitchen for cooking/eating/drinking. > Cox cable with ROKU TV . > Overall nice neighbors and quite area. > Walking distance to Win-Dixie/Chick-fil-A/Five-Guys , Marco's Pizza and other stores/restaurants. Cockroaches are numerous, so don't leave out open food.
