Relax beneath the moss filled, hundred-year-old oak trees, you'll find this open canvas opportunity to create the coastal retreat that dreams are made of. This serene home is situated across from the calm waters of Mallet Bayou. A short two miles from Grady Brown Park, you'll have access to a boat ramp with boat trailer parking, canoe/kayak launch, fishing dock, sandy beaches, and picnic areas on the Choctawhatchee Bay. Thomas Pilcher Park is also located at the 331 bridge for fishing & boat launch. Bring your boat or wave runners. This home has lots of available room for parking. 20-minute drive to Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park Beach Access with parking/restrooms. Other public beach access available along 30A. Relax on the front or back covered porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Large brick fire pit available for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing by the fireside. Charcoal grill on property for outdoor cooking.

The right place for the ones who like privacy near best beaches in the emeralds! This place is awesome with everything we was looking for! I super recommend and definitely will be back soon! Nice backyard!

Everything that we expected from the listing was provided as promised. The property is great if you enjoy spending time outside. The outside patio area was very nice. I also appreciated being provided lots of fire wood for the fire pit.

Wonderful accommodations!

We arrived to a lovely welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. The house is located on a gorgeous lot surrounded by massive oak trees dripping in moss. Every detail about this house is well thought out. Lots of seating inside and outside for relaxing. The beds in every room are comfortable. The park at the end of the road is a perfect place to relax on the beach and watch the sunset. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend to others visiting the area!

The pictures are accurate, place is very clean, comfortable and adequately stocked. The front porch is a peaceful place for morning coffee and the fire pit out back adds a great nighttime dimension.We became fans of Grayton Beach area and went to the state park nearby (which btw is free entry this year until Labor Day). Grab any last minute Beach snack / drinks at the Cumberland farms on the way and hit the amazing Farm and Fire restaurant on the way back! The bonus was excellence communication with Carolyn from the magnet company. We were able to extend on the fly when our subsequent plans fell through. Thanks!!
