PET FRIENDLY! This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of natural light and a well-designed floor plan. As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. Situated in a desirable location, just 13 miles south to the beautiful white-sand beaches of South Walton, this cottage is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment options. Use of Riverwalk Landing clubhouse, pool and all amenities included. With its thoughtful amenities and prime location, this cottage offers a truly exceptional vacation experience. PET FEE = $125; maximum of two pets

Cozy Cabin!

It was perfect for me, my husband, and 8yr old! We fell in love with this cozy little cabin the moment we walked in! Everything was clean, and had a very inviting feel to it! The evening walks around the quiet neighborhood and park were amazing. We cant wait to return.

Fantastic little cottage! We stayed for just two nights while waiting for our household move to occur. Super comfortable and really convenient. Love that the location was so close to our new home. Highly recommend!

Cute, Clean, Convenient

We loved the cottage. It was so clean and cute. And was just enough space for the five of us (all 18). It was only 20-25 minutes to the public access coastal beaches and a short walk or quick drive to the grocery store and fast food options nearby. It only took us about 30 minutes to drive to Pier Park in PCB. The community itself was clean and quiet. They even had a large dog and a small dog park for our fur babies. During our short stay we didn’t have a chance to check out the pool or club house. We will definitely be booking again. If you like to get away from the crowds and can’t afford an ocean view this place is great!

The unit was beautiful and the pool was very very nice. Location was conveniently close to Grayton beach and grocery stores. Dawn, the property manager, was very easy to get ahold of and very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend

Wedding Festivities

I brought my parents up from Central Florida for a wedding, because of all the different festivities we would need a comfortable place for a few days. The cottage was perfect! We will visit again.
