- USEFUL INFORMATION



• CHECKING IN AND OUT

- Check-in after 4:00 PM

• CHAMPIONS GATE PARKING

- Parking is free.

- Parking spots are in front of the townhouse.

- Gated community. A maximum of three vehicles is allowed. Any additional vehicles require special approval.

- All guests are required to register in the gate system.

- Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.

- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.

- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.



• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING



• We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.(1 paper towel, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 Dish sponge, 3 laundry pods, 1 toilet paper and 1 set of shampoo shower gel soap in each bathroom)



Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.



• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL

1-Cost: $35 per day.

2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 24h in advance.

5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

This is optional and may not be available at times.



• TRASH DISPOSAL

Please place all trash in household garbage bags and put them in the trash box next to the main entrance. The community arranges daily trash pickup, but they will not collect loose garbage. Any cleanup costs resulting from this will be the guest’s responsibility, with a fee of $100.



• HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
