Relax and unwind at this spacious and sunny villa, with your very own private pool overlooking a lush, green forest, and no rear neighbors. In one of the closest communities to Disney (10 min drive), enjoy access to dozens of restaurants, a 24-hr Walmart and more! This home has 2800 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and large living, dining, and kitchen areas. Enjoy complete privacy when using our fully screened-in pool, as this house backs into a beautiful conservation area with no other houses behind us. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $35/night.

For your safety, we are following the SAFEHOME VRHP/VRMA cleaning guidelines to disinfect and sanitize the home between stays. Our pool is operated and maintained as per CDC guidelines.

- Privacy: Enjoy calming views of green trees and plants from the pool deck. We have no rear neighbors to ruin your privacy.
- Laundry: washer and dryer in-unit
- Kitchen: fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, coffee, tea and breakfast nook
- Swimming Pool: 30' x 12' pool, 3-5 feet deep with superior sanitation system. Pool heating is available at extra cost of $35 per day.
- Outdoor: south-facing patio with plenty of sun, view of a beautiful conservation area and screened-in enclosure preventing bugs and mosquitoes
- BBQ Grill: Reserve a fully pre-cleaned grill and fuel for a small fee
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap supplied
- Child friendly: 2 Pack-n-Plays with crib sheets, high chair, stroller and optional safety fence around pool available

This was a great house with lots of space for our extended family. It is in a great location with easy access to Disney, Walmart and lots of dining options. The house is very clean and has a great pool. Communication with owner and property manager is fantastic. This was our second stay in this home and would absolutely stay there again!

This house is beautiful. Great location to Disney parks & Walmart. Great restaurants close by. Multiple bathrooms / showers makes getting ready easily. Pool was very relaxing on our mid week day off from parks. Also very warm at night with the heating option. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location close to Disney. House needs a deep clean & TLC. No crock pot, no grill and no response when I asked about it. Garbage cans stayed at end of driveway for most of our stay- property manager never returned to put away & garbage was not picked up. Couch is stained, iron is burned out. This is a car that’s been driven 150,000 miles.

We absolutely loved our stay! Kyle, the owner, was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our visit. Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out, and we especially enjoyed the privacy of the pool area and the peaceful neighborhood — all while still being just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and activities.As someone with back issues, I’m always nervous about long stays because the wrong mattress can ruin a vacation. I was so relieved and happy with the mattress in our bedroom — it was amazing to wake up pain-free every morning!We’ll definitely be keeping this property in mind for our next visit. Highly recommend!

This house is nice and accommodates a large family. It is close to the Disney parks and about a 30 minute drive to Universal. The pool was great for the grand children and the game room was a plus! The owners were always in communication when needed and quick to respond.

There were 7 of us in our group. After long hot days at Disney we relaxed in and enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and visit. Game room was very well equipped with toys and games for all ages.
