This house had four good sized bedrooms with plenty of space. The living room was cozy with a large sectional and large tv, perfect for movie nights. There were plenty of extras in this house, including a s’mores platter and a coffee bar. Check-in and check-out times were very reasonable with not many exit chores at all. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Niantic with plenty of shops and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from Old Saybrook for great thrift shopping. My family really enjoyed our long weekend!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. The place was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and great for cooking meals together. The living room and bedrooms were good-sized and the furniture was stylish and comfortable. Arielle made us feel very welcome. She was very responsive and easy to reach. The location was convenient for us. We love Niantic, and we were happy to be so close to the Book Barn.The neighborhood was low-traffic and quiet.

We absolutely loved this home! The house itself was beautiful, super clean, and so inviting. It really felt like a home away from home. The owner is absolutely lovely. She was kind, responsive, and helped make it a wonderful experience, especially for the kids. They loved the bubbles and s'mores supplies she left for them! This was by far the best experience we have had and plan on staying here again the next time we come to visit!
