Charming place, comfortable, clean and bright. Quick walk to the beach, or a bike ride to the market. It is a perfect place to get away and go back in time when life was simple and fun.

Black Point Beach Association is made up of 14 streets and Sea Crest Avenue is directly in the middle - walking distance to everything, the beaches one block away, the neighborhood market, the playground and recreation area, and the clubhouse!

The layout of our home and decor is inviting and reflects the light and airy charm of our seaside home! Walk into an expansive porch with a dozen windows!
