As you enter through the blue gate, you will see the staircase leading to the upstairs living and 2 bedrooms. On the right side is the laundry room, through the laundry room, you will enter the kitchenette and the two bedrooms downstairs, with its own private entrance. The ground level living room is slightly smaller than the upstairs, with a kitchenette in the Guest bedroom open to the covered deck and connecting door to the Master Bedroom. Ground Level Master Bedroom: King size bed, queen size pull out couch and ensuite bathroom (Ocean view). Ground Level Guest Studio: Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (Ocean view), connected to the kitchenette and living room. The stairs are conveniently located on the outside of the house. The upstairs has a beautiful ocean view from the covered lanai, with sunsets view. Fully stocked kitchen, living room, outdoor dining, two bedrooms, and two and 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1: King size bed with ensuite bathroom (Ocean view). Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (Mountain view). Upstairs Living Room has ceiling fan only (no AC). NEW - Covered Lanai and deck. NEW - 4 Split-zoned A/C units available in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans. NEW - Fully renovated Master bedroom on the 1st floor with a beautiful standing shower.
