Step outside to enjoy the mountain air on the outdoor seating, fire up the BBQ grill, and cap the day with a soak in the hot tub.



Inside, you’ll find a laptop-friendly workspace for quick check-ins, plus a private washer and dryer to keep gear fresh between adventures. A jetted bathtub adds an extra touch of comfort after a day on the trails or around town. The setting is peaceful with mountain views, yet you’re close to Gatlinburg’s favorites—parks, trails, shops, and attractions.

Important Things to Note

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location, internet speed and cell service can be spotty and are not guaranteed.

• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please see photos to ensure this suits your group.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Additional parking is not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available in the home. A laundromat is also nearby.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
