House Rules & Requirements
• Minimum age: 25+ to book (children welcome with parents)
• Max: 10 Guests / 3 Vehicles
• No pets, no smoking, no frat/party groups
• Hot tub use: Guests 25+ only, at your own risk
• Fireplace available Oct–Mar (closed Apr–Sep like all local cabins)
• Bears & critters live here — practice safety and use provided bear-proof trash bins

Important Notes
• Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM sharp ($50/hr fee for early/late)
• No refunds for weather, power outages, or natural events (travel insurance recommended)
• Starter Pack Provided: dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sponge, & K-cups (Not Provided: shampoo, toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, charcoal, etc.)
• Trash disposal: bag all trash & secure in bear-proof containers by driveway
• Roads: paved all the way; AWD/4WD may be needed in rare snow scenario
