• No refunds for weather, power outages, or natural events (travel insurance recommended)
• Starter Pack Provided: dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sponge, & K-cups (Not Provided: shampoo, toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, charcoal, etc.)
• Trash disposal: bag all trash & secure in bear-proof containers by driveway
• Roads: paved all the way; AWD/4WD may be needed in rare snow scenario

We had a wonderful stay! There were five of us, and the property was very roomy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The views were beautiful, and the hosts were great and made everything easy. One of the highlights was getting to watch the bears outside—we really enjoyed that! We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to others.

The house was excellent and the views are amazing! We would absolutely recommend this place. Only downside was there were alot of bears everyday. While fun to see them you definitely need to be very observant and pay attention when going out and keeping cars empty and doors locked! Had a great time there and lots of stuff to go do with the family!

Great place. We did have some issues but JP was easy to communicate with and did his best to take care of everything. The local wildlife was interesting so keep your trash secured! Bears were all over our vehicles too. Lol. Be prepared for a steep ride in! Overall we had a great time. The location was minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but still far enough out of town that it was very quiet.

This was a great property to stay at! Centrally located and easy drive to town of Gatlinburg. Lots of space to spread out! The hot tub was nice at night, plus the added game tables. The kitchen was great to cook food and we used the charcoal grill often. The view was beautiful of course, and a family of bears lived right by the deck, so we saw them everyday!! JP was very responsive and i would definitely stay here again!

Great Cabin

The Cabin location was awesome. Also, the cabin was equipped to entertain adults and kids. The kids wanted to stay and enjoy the cabin just as much as exploring the area. The owner is great on speedy responses. The beds were very comfy!

Great stay in the mountains!

The place was just as advertised! Beautiful and spacious for our group. The entry into the cabin has no stairs which is a bonus. Owner responded quickly when messaged and very accommodating. We would stay again for sure!
