This spacious 4BR/2BA retreat is ideally located just steps from both the beach and Lake Park, home to year-round festivals, markets, movies, and live events. Enjoy plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus a spacious outdoor dining area with comfortable seating—perfect for evening cocktails, family dinners, and entertaining after a day in the sun! Walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local restaurants, and attractions with ease.



The Space:

access to all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! - Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away. -There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project.

We also have a reverse osmosis water system in our home so you will never have to worry about the water you are drinking 😊



Other Things to Note:

We supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towels. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay.
