Trash/Recycling: Please empty trash&recycling from all waste bins and dispose in appropriate communal outdoor receptacles. DO NOT leave outside unit on decking area.

This place is amazing and so is the host. She has thought of everything when it comes to convenience. The place is decorated very nice and we enjoyed this place so much. we have been going to Duck for 30 plus years and we used to not have to rent. We have rented a few in Colony by the Sea and this place has been the best so far. The beach chairs are so thoughtful and a great plus! Everything you could possibly need is here. The restaurants are great and great shopping close by. Colleen is super at responding to any issues and needs and she is very thoughtful. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs . We will be back, we come down every year for our Anniversary and cant wait to rent this place again.

Unit was recently updated and is perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Great decks with Adirondack highchairs for relaxing evenings. 1 minute walk to the beach. Quiet except for kids giggling while playing (who doesn't love to hear kids giggling?). Owner is focused on you having what you need. Our best VRBO experience out of 3. Thanks Coleen!

Ideally, you'll find we’ve been as attentive to your vacation needs as we are to our own. We raised our family in the Northern VA/WDC area and recently relocated to Glen Allen/Richmond, VA.

Colony by the Sea is a charming and friendly oceanfront condominium community. Though there are many Duck communities on the vacation rental market, this one offers many on-site, outdoor amenities. In addition, we enjoy direct beach access just a short stroll from our unit. When you’re ready to go out and about, you’ll find a multitude of restaurants, shops and a sound-side boardwalk all within an easy 10-minute walk. Looking for an upscale meal?
