Lovely 1 BR/ 2 BA condo in charming Duck, NC. This second-floor condo is perfect for couples or small families. It features a spacious living room w/ sleeper sofa, an updated, well-stocked kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with queen bed, two full baths, and a bunk bed alcove in the hallway.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the large deck! Oceanside: our beach access is on the property with no roads to cross. Just a short walk across the lawn and you're at the water.

Free WiFi, flat screen tv w/ cable, books, and games are provided.

Colony by the Sea is an easy 15 minute walk to the Village of Duck with restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful sound-side boardwalk! The community has an oceanfront pool (open seasonally, weather permitting) w/ outside showers, sundecks, a new play area, tennis courts, grills, and picnic tables. It also has a boardwalk/ stairs across the dunes and private community beach access.

Please note this is a second-floor condo in a building with no elevator. (Four half-flights of stairs) You have one reserved parking space directly next to the stairwell. (Additional parking is available in the west lot.)

NEW FOR 2024 - LINENS ARE PROVIDED. There is a laundry facility on the ground floor of the building. NOTE: BEDSPREADS AND PILLOWS ARE IN THE UNIT, BUT PLEASE USE YOUR DISCRETION AND BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS AND PILLOWS IF YOU WISH.

Easy communication, clean and updated condo with a spacious deck. Short walk to a fantastic beach and the community pool. Great week for our family of three, safe, quiet and close to all the shops and restaurants of Duck.

The host was extremely accessible, always quick to respond to a question. It has an ocean view and was convenient to everything we desired. The condo is neat and clean with easy access to the beach. If you have difficulty doing stairs, then I would not recommend but it worked out great for us.

Great condo in Duck

My wife, 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and I spent a week here. The space was clean, everything was just as it was listed, and very close to the pool and beach access. The owners were quick to respond any time we had a question. We had a great vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to have a washer and dryer in the condo and I would recommend leaving more than one bath towel per person. The condo was clean and comfortable and the view of the ocean was lovely.

Wonderful Spring time vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment’s location is ideal with its close access to the beach on one side and easy walk to the quaint village of Duck on the other. We took advantage of many of the available amenities: tennis courts, grill, laundry all met our needs. Our teens were disappointed but the poor condition of the basketball court.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxed get away to Duck! We had all the comforts of home and the condo was well apportioned with everything we needed. Location is great and easy to get to everything while being oceanfront. Great stay!
