Sonia Musica Aperol Holiday Apartment with Lake View

The holiday home is in a wonderful hillside location in Pognana Lario, a small village in a privileged position between Como (12 km) and Bellagio (17 km) in the inner triangle of the lake. The house is situated on the lake side on the shore road, approx. 90 m as the crow flies above the lake. The impressive hillside location offers plenty of sun as well as a fascinating wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With entrance to the lakeside road, there is a typical Italian village bar in the house with ice cream, cappuccino, prosecco and smaller snacks. The outdoor areas are equipped with deckchairs and a seating area.

A bathing place with sunbathing and play area and small boat harbour can be reached in only 3 - 5 min. via a steeper nature path with steps, past rustic gardens. The access to the lake for swimming is via a staircase or ladder into the water.

The holiday flat has large panoramic windows on the lake side with a wonderful lake view and individual furnishings.
The kitchen is equipped with good cooking and tableware.

A holiday flat for music & Aperol lovers who love life with music, entertainment and dancing. The focal point is the fascinatingly large and light-flooded living area with the wide balcony on the lake side and the large eat-in kitchen on the mountain side.

The bedrooms have African parquet flooring, the living area and bathroom have Lombardy tiled floors.

The holiday flat convinces by its size, equipment and location. The view is beautiful. The bar on the mountain side is only noticed occasionally and is an enrichment for guests who value a little service "around the corner". The accommodating manager Signora Durini speaks German. The holiday flat is recommended all year round.
The internet access has been provided free of charge by the cafe bar - they are happy to oblige by consumption - thank you very much.

Next to the house there is a small car park with a barrier (only partly suitable for large cars), other public car parks in the near vicinity.

Great location for a short stay

Apartment a little tired but clean, view makes up for that in spades. The drive up to the village is not for the faint-hearted!

Großzügige Wohnung, viel Platz, großer Küchenteil mit allen benötigten Utensilien, tolle Aussicht, nettes Cafe im Haus mit freundliche Bedienung und Nachbarn / Besuchern des Cafes. Toller Tante Emma Laden schräg gegenüber. Die Straße am Haus (Durcdhgangsstraße des Ortes) ist am Wochenende etwas stärker befahren und dadurch stundenweise recht laut, wir würden aber trotzdem gerne wiederkommen.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen, man hat einen Traumblick über den einen Arm des Comer Sees. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber es fehlt an nichts. Die Größe ist sehr schön. Vom Balkon des Apartments kann man sogar die Villa von George Clooney auf der anderen See Seite sehen. Leider waren zu unserer Zeit schwere Regenfälle und Erdrutsche in der Gegend, sodass der direkte Weg nach Como versperrt war. Man konnte leider auch nicht viel unternehmen, wegen dem Regen

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage und einem Balkon mit super Aussicht auf den Lago di Como. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Charme. Einzig die Betten waren sehr unbequem und brauchen mal neue Matratzen. Toll war die Badestelle, die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und der kleine Laden gegenüber. Ohne Auto alles gut machbar .

Eine Reise wert

Ausblick vom Balkon Traumhaft. Lage war etwas abgelegen. Um in die nächsten Orte zu kommen, muss mann entweder ein Auto haben oder den Bus nehmen. Mann kommt nicht überall ans Wasser und wenn ist es etwas steil. Leider hat uns niemand empfangen. Frau Durini hat sich nicht blicken lassen. Auf Anrufe und WhatsApp hat sie nicht reagiert. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Trotzdem war der Zugang zur Wohnung problemlos und einen Stellplatz fürs Auto war auch da. Die Bar darunter war toll, gemütlich und die MA sehr freundlich. Insgesamt eine Reise wert. Wer gerne mehr Trubel möchte, sollte eine andere stadt wählen.

Sensationelle Aussicht

Wir waren zu viert+Hund. Wir wurden von Frau Durini herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist riesig mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Die Ausstattung hat uns an gut betuchte Leute in den siebzigern erinnert. Uns hat es gefallen. Der Weg zum Wasser ist recht sportlich, viele Treppen. Da bleibt man fit. Der Ort selbst ist klein und verwinkelt, so wie man sich das für Italien halt vorstellt. Toll 👍

Vue magnifique sur le lac

Nous avons découvert un univers magnifique . L’appartement est tel que décrit dans l’annonce, très spacieux et belle terrasse. L’équipement est désuet mais très très complet et notre hôte, fort gentille et accueillante habite au 1er sous-sol. Un café occupe le rez-de-chaussée mais il ferme tôt et ne cause pas trop de bruit ( mois d’avril) . Situé entre Bellagio et Côme, cela permet de rejoindre plusieurs points d’interêt à partir du débarcadère (10 minutes à pied) ou en bus ( arrêt devant la maison) . Une place de parking est prévue à côté de la maison. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour même si les visites sont assez fatigantes car il faut toujours monter ou descendre pour accéder à tout ( mais nous avons toutes les trois entre 63 et 70 ans 😉) . Belle découverte en tous cas 👍.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und genau wie auf den Bildern. Gute Anbindungen an Como und Bellagio und direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Sehr gerne wieder, bei schönem Wetter auf jeden Fall einen Urlaub wert!

schöne Wohnung

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Blick ist grandios und bei jedem Wetter interessant. Die Bar war stärker besucht als ich für einen Aufenthalt Ende Oktober vermutet hatte. Leider ist hier und da etwas kaputt, müsste wohl regelmäßiger kontrolliert werden. Die Region ist wundervoll. Mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Haus abfährt, kann man bequem Como und Bellagio erreichen, ohne das eigene Auto zu bewegen. In dem kleinen Laden gegenüber kann man ein paar wichtige Dinge (Lebensmittel und Drogeriewaren) kaufen. Wir haben uns mit zwei Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und großem Hund hier wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war wunderschön, die Unterkunft war auch super, die Vermieterin sehr nett. In der Unterkunft hat nur Haartrockner gefehlt. Der Durchgang von der Lage zum See war gesperrt. Ansonsten war insgesamt alles sehr gut.
