This stylish condo is perfect for golfers, families or a couple. It is just a three-minute drive to Quinta Shopping at the heart of Quinta do Lago (five minutes to Vale do Lobo) where you’ll find some of the finest golf courses in Europe, superb beaches and numerous excellent restaurants.

There are many wonderful golf courses and plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s a folder with suggestions in the apartment. Please add your recommendations.

It’s a short walk into the bustling town of Almancil where there are coffee shops, restaurants and businesses (doctors, dentists, chemists, etc). The property is quiet, has a private location, shared pool and large private terrace.

As a self-catering apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, toaster, a freezer and a microwave.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a large smart TV and good free WiFi.

Also a DVD player with small DVD library.

The apartment has three bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are twin beds. The third bedroom has an IKEA bed suitable for children, teenagers or small adults PLUS a futon pull-out single bed suitable for children, teenagers or small adults.

There are 2 bathrooms. One is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a bath, the shared bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

No house parties.

No smoking indoors (allowed on the terrace).

Please be considerate of other tenants in the block as some are residents who need to get up early for work
