This property is located only a few houses back from the sandy beach, where you can spend your days swimming, surfing, and building sandcastles with your loved ones. Just over half a mile north are Palace Playland, the legendary oceanfront amusement park, and the fun eateries, bars, and entertainment of the iconic Old Orchard Beach Pier. Play a round at the Dunegrass Golf Club (two miles northwest), bring the kids to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf just up the road, and do a bit of shopping on Old Orchard Street (half a mile north).

Nice place.

Great location. Can walk to all the major destinations in OOB. Could use an outdoor shower to cut down on the sand in the house.

Nice lovely home.

Home is roomy and works well for 14 people. Close to beach and town pier. Loved the crow’s nest during the evening. Very quaint!

Great home

We had a great time. The home had plenty of spaces to gather so our group was not all in the same space if we didn't want to be. The roof deck had a great view and was comfortable. Easy walk to the pier and one block to the ocean.

Perfect for our family reunion

This beach house was very comfortable for our family of 13, from children to elders. Lots of steps, though. Very close to a lovely, safe beach with a life guard. Big patio and grill. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Decorations were delightful and contributed to the air of fun. Fireworks, far enough from big crowds but close enough to OOB amusements.

Perfect location for the perfect house!

This house was so close to the beach which makes it easy to carry all your beach essentials. It is also close enough to walk to the city center yet far enough where you don’t hear all the noise. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. My family and I would love to stay here again.

Kitchenware was really sparse. Needs many more , cups, utensils, pots, etc. Bathroom upstairs needs shower liner. Otherwise, everything worked out really well. Location ideal. House is adorable.

Stay was great! Had trouble locating all the remotes for the mini split ACs but once we found them it was easy to use-- we were there during a heat wave. Only other issue was the floors were quite dirty when we checked in. I texted with support but never received a response after I shared photos.

Big Fun House

The house is big enough for all of us plenty of space. Beach 50 yards away ocean park five minutes away. OOB Pierre five minutes away. Great location! One issue would be the unkept backyard, but when the ocean is 50 yards away not that big of a deal

House is very spacious and very close walk to the beach (about 2 minutes). The shower in the 2nd floor bathroom only had cold water other than that no complaints. Plenty of towels and beach chairs and a cool roof deck. I would def stay here again and we had 15 people stay here comfortably. About a 10-15 minute walk to downtown/amusement area.

Well located but not the cleanest

Only about 3 minutes walk to the beach, well located. Big house, nice for big families. But not the cleanest, keep that in mind. Beds not all comfortable. Got few issues during our stay (not enough towels and mugs (but got fixed the next day), drying machine not working, freezer leaking water).

great beach house

the house was all that we could have hoped for. one problem was that the trash from the last renter was left in the driveway for our entire stay. landlord needs a better system for picking this up.

Not as appears and overpriced

This was not a good experience having paid soo much for 3 days. Started with a lockbox found open and no key in it. Other lockbox code did not work so had to contact Vacassa. Finally got in just to find sand on all floors, and hadn't been to the beach. Not good when you have a crawling grandchild! Bathroom showers were gross, and the rugs in there were disgusting. One bathroom doorknob was falling off, and the door would not stay closed. It is a large place and the beds seemed clean. The kitchen had everything you would need, and the refrigerator was clean. Minimal supplies of toilet paper, dishwasher pods and washing machine detergent was available. The patio area is not a very appealing place to hang out. It could be, with just a little effort. It seems that the property owners do not check on what their property looks like. I will not rent a Vacassa property again, especially after paying their hefty charge for "cleaning".

Great location

Easy access to beach and pier. Plenty of room for our family of 9. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked, and there are plenty of towels. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful getaway

The house was exactly what was in the pictures. Perfect space for our family of 7 for a nice weekend getaway. Everything was wonderful. Only complaint would be the same thing I've seen mentioned before, lack of communication with property manager. When I booked I had asked if it would be possible to check out a few hours later, since our flight wasn't until that evening. I never got any response back. There also isn't any kind of informational binder for the house. We struggled with the TV (until we realized there wasn't any cable) and how to work the heat. Those are my only complaints, the house and location can't be beat!!

Fall In Maine

This property was in the perfect location for our trip to Maine. It was clean and well-stocked for our needs. My only complaint is the lack of an instruction binder with details on how to make things work. We struggled with how to turn on the heat and finally had to use Google to solve the issue. Other than that, the visit went as expected.

Great location

Great location, loved the rooftop deck. They had plenty of towels, also beach chairs and boogie boards. They did provide all bed linens. The back patio is a little sad it would be nice to fix up and make it more inviting. The kitchen was completely disorganized, we ended up organizing it a little so it was easier to find stuff. It is a great home for a couple of families to stay in but not if you have anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Beautiful house perfect location

The house was amazing, very spacious and perfect location. 0 complaints besides one bathroom that wasn’t able to be used cuz of plumbing problems but really wasn’t an issue. I a nice perc was the roof deck. Would definitely stay here again. It’s great for large friend groups or large family vacations. Btw don’t go to Tami lyns on the corner, the clerk is extremely rude to tourists.

AMAZING!

This property exceeded our expectations.... We loved being in such a large house where we weren't on top of each other. The house was very clean upon arrival. Just a few steps and you are on the beach, wow... so perfect! We can't wait to book this house again next year but for a longer stay!

Great Location

This property was an excellent place to stay for two families with 2 kids each. Plenty of room that we weren't ever in each other's way, and the sleeping arrangements provided the perfect amount of privacy and fun for the kids. Being both in walking distance to the beach and a couple of convenience stores, and far enough away from the main bustle of downtown OOB, made this extra good. The only "negative" was that the backyard could do with some repair and it was really overgrown with weeds. A little firepit or something out there would be excellent, but all in all would definitely stay here again.

Location and space!

We were two families of four sharing this house and it was perfect for a classic Old Orchard Beach experience. Super close to the beach and short walk to the pier that even my 3 year old could walk. Lots of space, many towels, and the roof deck was great for the grownups. Everything we had hoped for!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very close to the beach. It was a great location. The plastic dinnerware was disappointing for the price that you pay for the rental but other then that the house worked with our family. The street is a bit busy day and night so if your looking for quiet this wouldn’t work for you. Overall we’d stay again if looking in OOB.
