Cette maison de plage entièrement rénové est gracieusement nommé avec le dessus de l'ameublement tiroir, linge de maison, et tous les planchers de bois franc revernis. Premier étage a récemment créé la salle familiale avec feuillure et attrayant conseil grange murs, le plafond, cheminée à gaz voûtés, donnant sur l'eau. Grande terrasse de 28 x14 face à l'eau. 1er étage, chambre et salle de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière à gaz ouvre à la salle à manger avec table grange grande poterie, une autre pièce de famille au premier étage. Quatre chambres avec coin vue sur l'eau, décorées avec goût avec une literie de qualité et des feuilles de fil haute de comptage, bain de Tile avec baignoire / douche. 3EME étage dispose d'une marque nouvelle suite grand maître chambre (lit king) et salle de bain de tuiles avec de belles vues de marais et de l'eau. Cette maison de plage agréable est rendue encore plus confortable pour vous de la climatisation centrale à travers la 2500 pieds carrés maison .Grand cour avec foyer pour les guimauves du soir tout en regardant le coucher du soleil. Excellent vacation home. There were a lot of us and we had enough room for all of us. Ran out of propane, called the landlord and he immediately replaced the tanks. Definitely recommend if you’re going to be in the area.

A Nice Stay

We had a large family gathering and this place was great. It is just as described, and it offers plenty of space. We enjoyed that it was located close to the beach and nice dining options were nearby. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Scarborough! Drew and his brother, Rod were great if we needed anything. The house was perfect for us…plenty of space and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable! Loved the “sun room” w/a great view of the marsh.

Beautiful house in a lovely location

Nice well-appointed house in a great location. Our family enjoyed being steps from the beach, watching birds in the marsh, night time fires, and cooking in the lovely well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for a three-generation family get together. Thank you for a lovely stay at Pine Point.

Wonderful Location!!!

We had a large group, ranging in age from 5 to 75! The rental was perfect for our needs; a first floor room for the more "seasoned" cousins, a room for the kids, and enough rooms to have our own space so we weren't tripping over each other. The location is beautiful, and easy to get to! 10/10 would use again!

Checkin time was 4PM; we arrived at 5PM, and found the house had not been cleaned from previous guests (whom we learned had checked out 2-3 days prior to our arrival) — dirty dishes in the dishwasher, bag of garbage on the kitchen floor, bed linens had not been changed, no clean towels. Had to leave after driving for 14 hours with small children so they could clean. Host sent 2 cleaners; they said they cleaned everything in 90 min — however, dishwasher had still not been run; feet were black from walking barefoot in the house; towels smelled like they had just been dried after sitting damp for a couple days. Coffee pot and basket were so filthy, they were unusable. Even old contact lenses of previous guests stuck to a filthy nightstand. We had to request hand towels. No extra toilet paper; no garbage bags provided. Host refused to refund even 1 night. Horrible, horrible, horrible. This host does not belong in hospitality!

The only thing true about this review is that the house was not ready when they arrived. In 5 years of renting this house that has never happened but because of a last minute emergency by my cleaning lady, it wasn t done.They arrived at 5 pm and called me. I , along 2 other cleaning ladies were there at 530 pm.. i apologized to them and gave them money to go out for dinner.. The three of us work for 2 1/2 hours, not 90 minutes, washing all the sheets, towels, clean all the bathrooms and kitchen and washed all the floors. I personally empty the dishwasher...At 802 pm the renters had not arrive yet, so i called them at 802 pm telling them the house was ready...That didnt seem to satisfy them . I believe, they were only looking for a refund, no matter what we did for them it would never be good enough. We take pride in giving our tenant the best accomodation as possible and will continue to do so, as you can see from our next review that we got after them.. 5 stars

This was the second time we booked this property. Both times were for our large extended family to enjoy during the Christmas holiday. And both times the property was comfortable, nicely furnished, and well-equipped to house a large group. The addition of a 4th bathroom since our first visit made it even better! The view of the marsh from the family room was expansive and stunning, especially after the Christmas Eve snowfall. We liked that it had both a cozy front living room and a larger family room overlooking the marsh….a quiet space for those who just wanted to chat or work on a puzzle, and the larger space for more lively games like our Yankee Swap. If we are fortunate to once again gather our children and grandchildren, who are now all adults scattered throughout the country, we would definitely consider renting this property again.

Perfect place to stay!!

The communication with the host was exceptional. The house was everything I was looking for for a family reunion/ fathers 90th birthday party. We had family coming from across the country and wanted a place to have the party and a place for everyone to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to stay and a wonderful backyard. Not a far walk from the beach either. If I ever need a place like this again, I would definitely book again.
