Situated just steps from the Sky Cab, Village Express, and Elk Camp Gondola, this sparkling condo presents a prime ski-in/ski-out getaway. Tucked away in the scenic Terracehouse complex, your Snowmass sanctuary features vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, and modern furnishings and bedding. After the day's adventures, cozy up beside the charming gas fireplace and smart TV. You'll enjoy access to an on-site hot tub and shared laundry facilities. Additional highlights include WiFi.

This central location is also on the Village Shuttle route and within walking distance of shops, eateries, and entertainment. The Elk Camp Gondola, Sky Cab, and Village Express are all just a few yards from your door. Adjacent to the lifts, you'll find Treehouse Kids' Adventure Center, which offers the best lessons in town. Après-ski is a breeze with the shops at nearby Snowmass Mall and ice skating at the gorgeous new Base Village. The complimentary Village Shuttle stops just across the street and can even get you to Aspen.

great for our family of four ski trip, easily walkable to the slope and lots of places. Only thing to know is that you have to go to an office to get and pay for a daily parking pass to park across the street, which I did not understand at first. We really could’ve gone without a car though because the condo is so conveniently walkable plus the shuttle bus system!

When checked in garbage had not been taken out. Host removed the garbage on Friday. The water in unit was only good for two short showers of hot water. We had to alternate showers for four people. Also, maintenance wise. The sink in the hall bathroom has a slow flow. The unit was very nice. Heat and fireplace were exceptional. Bedding and towels nice. Thank you

That was rad.

We liked that place a lot and it was just what we needed for a coupla nights. The couches were super comfy compared to a lot of other properties I’ve experienced.

Cable tv in living and bedrooms, comfortable couch, beds on the soft side but comfortable, slept well, updated en suite bath, great water pressure, lots of hot water, functional kitchen good for cooking, top floor, views of gondola, bummed we had to return to hot Austin.

Fantastic location(!), comfortable and super clean!

Updated condo, super clean and comfortable. Fantastic location steps from Village Express and short walk up to Village mall. Ski closet outside condo huge convenience. My favorite snowmass location by far! Note: kitchen has all the gadgets but you need to supply own salt, pepper/spices etc.

We encourage our guests to bring any food-related items they may need during their visit. Amazing Place

Had a wonderful time. Central location with best access to mall, village, & lifts. Shuttle stop next to place makes getting around very easy. Walking distance to grocery and stores. The hot tub is large and designed well for 2-3 groups to enjoy with some privacy. Property was well decorated and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Two bedrooms are large. Bathrooms are very nice. Seating in the den is plentiful and TV/Cable works fine as well as WiFi. Only a narrow place for one car to temporarily park to load/unload with 15 min limit, and longer parking is across the street in the numbered lots. The lot directly across from complex and very near the condo had plenty of space July 4th week, but cannot comment on other times of year. Overall, a solidly comfortable place to stay.

Great ski condo

Is close to slope side. Short(maybe 50 yd ) walk to slope leading to main chair to base village. Located right between base village and snowmass mall so a short walk up or downhill to restaurants and stores. Or can use the shuttle which does stop in front of resort- we never did wait for it. Well appointed. Nice hot tub on unit property. Did not know at time of booking but the resort will pick you up from airport which is a bonus. Would stay again!

I am retired and take 2 to 3 ski vacations a year. I have been fortunate not to have had any issues with rental units in the past. I had a few issues with this unit, however, that prevented me from giving a better rating. First and foremost, the fireplace did not work, and was under repair. It would have been considerate to let me know so that I would not have wasted time trying to get it to work. I really enjoy sitting by the fire after skiing and was expecting a place that advertises as "Walk to slopes with fireplace..." to have a working fireplace. Additionally, the shower door was inoperable in the master bathroom. A temporary shower curtain was put up in the master shower, and the door was taped back so you could still use the shower. These items remained under repair for the duration of our 4 days stay and my poor first impression of the place I rented versus what I had expected from the listing never improved. The listing advertises "Parking for 1 vehicle(s)" but neglects to clarify that the parking is offsite in a series of common lots. A 15 minute loading and unloading spot is available near the unit.
