Very private and quiet top floor unit with high wooden beamed ceiling and no shared walls. Recently remodeled with new appliances, wooden floors,very rustic western feel with gas fireplace. The unit has two balconies with slope and mountain views. A king bed in the master, queen and single in the guest bedroom and sleeps six in the loft with one bed and two futons. There are three flat screen TVs- one in the main room, one in the master and one in the guest room. The main grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and local pizza place are one block away up the hill. Pool, hot tub and washer/dryer are shared. A wonderful mountain cabin feel close to restaurants, shopping and the five star hotel Viceroy.

Such a cozy place to spend Christmas with the family!
We were in love with the property and the owners were amazing! Such a wonderful place! Great distance from the slopes, and easy access to the village as well!
Our family stayed here before Christmas this year and had the most amazing time. The place is exactly as described and walking distance to the Assay lift and Clark’s market. Greg was super quick to respond to our questions and one of the nicest owners we have ever worked with. Thank you for the great stay!

Comfortable, clean, great location
My family and I had a nice stay at Greg's place over the weekend while me and a couple friends ran the Golden Leaf Half Marathon. While the walk uphill from the car with heavy bags made me second guess my race preparation a little bit :), once inside we were greeted by a clean, cozy condo which was perfect for the two families. Was a good walk or a quick drive to the base area and it was nice to have the market, pizza place, bar within close proximity. Would imagine that once ski season starts this would be a great spot to stay with a short walk to the lifts. Lastly, Greg was very amenable and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
first night there was no hot water. The so called loft did not allow even a child to stand straight
the property was clean and overall nice but the occupancy should not be for more than 5 people. the guests staying in the loft (so called, where you can not stand even if 4"10),
have to go through the second bedroom to go to the bath room.
There was an explanation for having no hot water the first night. The property manager at the complex forgot to inform me as the owner that they were working on the building hot water heaters. The manager assumed since it was off-season in September that no one was staying in my unit. I received a call from the renter and immediately sent someone to investigate the problem within five minutes even though it was 8 PM. I placed a call to the manager and he apologized for not contacting me. The next day the hot water heater for the building was fixed. I called the renter and apologized for the inconvenience.
The loft actually has a sloped ceiling with a maximum ceiling height of 6 feet. The renter is correct that the access to the loft is through the second bedroom, however, I explained this to the renter prior to her renting the property. The loft has three double beds, two are futons and one is a double bed.
The unit itself is lovely. We were comfortable but the unit needed a deep clean
It is a great unit and a great location, but as I said above, if I were the owner , I would be disappointed in the quality of the cleaning.
Thank you for the feedback concerning the cleaning of the unit. We typically use the off-season from October to November to do a deep cleaning of the unit. It will be done.
Wonderful time in Snowmass!
Our family of four was very comfortable in this condo. The condo is spacious and kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Greg was very helpful and attentive prior to and during the stay, and we appreciated his hospitality. The location is ideal as it is a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, etc. There is also a great walking/biking path to Snowmass Village directly out the back door. We loved our time in Snowmass and would definitely stay here again!
