This home is stunning! Highly recommend! Waking up to the view is one of the prettiest views I have ever seen. Recommend star gazing out back at night. The only thing to keep in mind is due to the Adobe structure AC is apparently not possible so staying in July with AZ temps was a bit much. However we can’t wait to return when it cools down! Thank you TJ!

The booked property had no a/c and inside temp was 86.There was a large number of flies inside the home.Could not enjoy property due to lack of cooling.

The property says it does not have central air. There are space cooling units in the house. We even switched you to a new place at your convenance withing the first hour of check in. No additional charges for changing from a 2000 sqft. house to a 6000 sqft house. After the stay they wanted a full refund Definitely would reconsider hosting these people again.
