The house was great although in need of new carpet, as it had many stains and was just old and dirty appearing. The property is also 9n the corner of a busy street making it noisy at times. Overall a good place to stay.
This was a very nice property. We enjoyed our stay there. There were three couples, and it worked very nicely. The bedrooms are nice, size and comfortable beds. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The only thing I could say that could use a little help was the carpet whichdid not affect the overall visit. Home was centrally located with easy access to hiway and close to stores and downtown. Host was very accommodating, and we appreciate it. All in all we've had a lovely stay and would stay again

Overall good, but had some fixit problems, Jon (host) was responsive, one of the better experiences we have had.
This is a great getaway rental. It is a newer house, extremely clean and in great condition. Very easy access to Prescott downtown. Maybe 5 minutes to the courthouse. And about 2 min from Watson lake and kayak rentals. We wanted to get in some hiking and this house is well located for that as well. Jonathan was both proactive and very responsive in communicating.
The property is very nice and easy access to downtown and also nearby activities and shopping. We inquired about the property before booking and before/after checking in. All inquiries were responded very quickly with polite and professional content. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Nice home and worked well for our requirements. Carpet was ok but probably needs to be cleaned a little better. Kitchen was excellent as we prepared many of our meals at the home. The trash cans when we got there were full which was ok but they had a bad odor even after the trash was picked up. They definitely need cleaned out.Nice furniture in the main room, kitchen and bedrooms. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent there again.
House was nice! The garage was spacious, which was great for getting cars out of the sun. The furnishings were comfortable and quality. The kitchen/dining area were great for gathering. Enjoyed the option of coffee makers. Large Primary bedroom walk in closet with plenty of hangers!! Will return!! Highly recommend a hike by nearby Peavine Trail!! Pro Tip: Choose the more difficult trail for portions to get the best views!!!
