Direct slope views of the top of Beech Mountain extend throughout the living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as from both private outdoor spaces, including an oversized deck and covered balcony. From the deck, enjoy expansive long-range mountain views spanning nearly 180 degrees into three states.
Start your day sipping coffee on the deck and end it with stunning sunsets over the peak of Beech Mountain and Pinnacle Ridge, with direct ski slope views and expansive long-range vistas all around you. After a day outside—skiing in winter or hiking and biking in warmer months—come back to unwind by the wood-burning fireplace, relax into the quiet, or enjoy the resort amenities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness area.
Alpine Overlook is one of only two top-floor, level-entry “Garden Villa” units in all of Pinnacle Resort, offering the rare combination of no-stairs access, no neighbors above, and multiple outdoor areas to fully take in the views. Guests staying over the 4th of July can enjoy Beech Mountain Resort fireworks right from the deck—a unique experience.
Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, the condo comfortably sleeps 5 and is designed for both relaxation and convenience. The space blends a clean, modern feel with warm mountain character, creating an ideal retreat at the top of Beech Mountain.
Inside, you’ll find a large wood-burning fireplace, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a full in-unit laundry room, and comfortable living room seating, along with two private outdoor areas to enjoy. You are a brief walk from the Pinnacle all-seasons building, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, fitness area, and additional recreational amenities.
In the spring, summer and fall, the resort offers a variety of on-site outdoor activities, including tennis courts, pickleball, mini golf, and hiking trails accessible directly from the property, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without ever needing to leave the mountain.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen bed with a twin-over-queen bunk. There are two full bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
For added comfort and convenience, the condo includes a Keurig coffee maker with a starter selection of K-cups, a regular coffee maker, high-speed fiber WiFi, and smart TVs so you can log into your favorite apps.
For Christmas stays, a pre-lit 5.5-foot tree can be set up upon request—just let us know in advance if you would like it prepared for your visit.
Please note that the Pinnacle all-seasons building, including the pool, hot tub, saunas, and fitness equipment, is typically closed for annual maintenance in early April (approximately April 8–22).
For summer guests, like most homes on Beech Mountain, the unit does not have central air conditioning. Due to the elevation, temperatures are mild, with daytime highs typically not exceeding the 70s (and often much lower) and cooler evenings in the 50s and 60s. A portable A/C unit and multiple fans are available for guest use if needed.
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping unit. If smoke or the smell of smoke is detected, a $250 fee will be charged.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your stay, either through the booking platform or a provider of your choice. Once the cancellation window has closed, refunds are not available for unforeseen events such as weather, travel delays, or illness, and trip insurance is the best way to protect your travel investment.
