Overlooking downtown Banner Elk & in between Sugar & Beech ski slopes. Cabin furnishings with new kitchen and bathroom. Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown with its many shops and great restaurants. Private backporch is up in the trees. It's approx 10 minutes to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively. $25.00 per pet per day fee.

Great downtown location, low key spot

Great little neighborhood nook situated uphill, within walking distance to downtown Banner Elk. Property was just what we needed for a low maintenance week, brought our dog and enjoyed cooler temps on a great back porch. Only thing I forgot was a hairdryer. Host was accommodating, quick to respond. We would for sure stay here again.

Convenient Location to Many Activities, Cozy Place

Situated between Sugar and Beech Mountains, as well as many hiking places and other activities. Condo was very well maintained and had all the essentials for home away from home.

Great Stay

We had a great time at bearadise 3. Very conveniently located to the main square area of Banner Elk, clean, and 100% as advertised. In an area without many convenient options, we’re so glad we stayed here.

Perfect mountain getaway

Perfect base for nature getaway!

My fiancé, two fur babies and I enjoyed a long weekend stay at Bearadise 3. We were in the area to do some hiking, birding and photography, and this couldn’t have been a more perfect home base. Very comfortable and well appointed—we had all that we needed. We loved the porch, which felt like our own spacious treehouse and enabled us to be on eye level with several birds in the trees. Binoculars were even provided! Very clean, wonderfully communicative and responsive property manager. Soooo convenient to downtown Banner Elk Look toward to staying again!!

Bearadise 3 is a lovely place to stay! Andrew was nice and always responded quickly if we had a question. The place was very clean, and the location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location for visiting Banner Elk!

Bearadise 3 is a charming cabin that really is minutes away from the restaurants in the heart of Banner Elk. It was great to be able to walk to the local college and hit the restaurants afterwards. There is also a great porch with a view!

Super clean and quaint place! Perfect location to college and downtown. We did not walk it because hill up to house is rather steep. Can’t wait to rent it again!

The cabin is lovely and clean. My 2 complaints are that there was not an ice maker in the freezer and the air conditioning is just a window unit in the living room which does not cool off the 2 bedrooms. Fortunately the 1st night was cool enough using a box fan(I never travel without one) and opening the windows. The 2nd night I slept in the living room, the weather was warmer that evening and the bedrooms were just too hot to sleep in.

Perfect Porch

Great location and the perfect porch to enjoy the summer evenings. We even listened to the live muisc without having to leave property! I'll definitely book again!

GREAT PLACE

THE HOUSE AND VIEW ARE GREAT. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED. VERY NICE PICNIC SHELTER , FIREPIT AND GRILL. THE ISSUE WAS BEYOND OWNERS CONTROL. THE ROAD NOISE FROM DUMP TRUCKS AND DIESEL PICKUPS BLOWING OUT KILLED IT FOR US.

Great get away spot

Cute little cabin. Had everything we needed. Great views, great little kitchen with everything you would need and a real fireplace. We loved it and hope to come back this fall!
