BLUE HAVEN VILLA is a beautiful end unit townhouse that located in an area of Selbyville that is considered WEST FENWICK due to its close proximity to the beaches. It is just 3 miles from the beautiful quiet beach of Fenwick Island and the Freeman Stage Arts Pavilion, or a short drive to the bustle of Ocean City beaches or Sports at the Beach baseball!
Enjoy the included full use of the exclusive luxury waterfront community that offers a beautiful community clubhouse with a library, large bay-front resort style pool with 2 shallow kiddie zones/umbrellas/lounge chairs, private sandy bay beach and state-of-the art fitness center that overlooks the beautiful bay, outside tiki bar, large community fire pit area, marina and kayak launch. No need to drive your car to the community pool and clubhouse, it’s just a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from the townhouse!
The light-filled end unit townhouse is an open concept floor plan with a blue coastal design. It can sleep up to 10, with 3-doored bedrooms and a large loft area with a queen pullout. First floor has a half bath, large living room with a sectional and flat screen tv, workspace desk, dining area with a table, breakfast bar, kitchen island and pantry. The large downstairs master bedroom has an adjoining en-suite bathroom. A modern kitchen has stainless steel wall ovens, dishwasher, cooktop, and large refrigerator with ice maker. You have full use of the garage for storage of all your beach vacation necessities. The tranquil screened porch overlooks a peaceful wooded view and a propane grill is provided for grilling.
Upstairs you will find a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and another workspace desk area. There is also a large open loft with a queen pullout couch and a privacy screen available for use. Two other large bedrooms round out the second floor, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds and twin over twin bunk beds.
Enjoy a relaxing stay in a family-friendly community nestled on the Little Assawoman Bay just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Possibilities are endless here - biking, private beach, community pool and pier, crabbing, fitness center, beautiful sunsets, plus exploring the many Delaware beach towns, outlet shopping, golf, and a vast array of restaurants!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Be sure to return the community center key fob to the location where you found it, so as not to incur a charge for the fob replacement. Please set the A/C to 73 degrees.

Check in : Access code for front door lock will be sent a few days ahead of time. Linens will be at the property, the unit will be cleaned, and the beds will be made.

Garbage must be BAGGED and placed in the trash can in the garage. Recycle goes in the special marked 'Recycle' trash can in the garage. Tuesday night-cans to road for Wed pickup.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1. Community Pool Age guidelines - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 2. Community parking in designated areas.

3. Fitness Ctr guidelines - Children under 12 are not permitted, even with an adult. Children 12-16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

4. Renter shall be required to abide by the Rules/Regulations of the Overlook Community Association, verified by signature.

Perfect location and close to all the beachy things to do!So many options; teens went to OC boardwalk while grandma and the kids went to Bethany beaches, and the moms to the outlets just a few minutes north in Rehoboth beach. The development was peaceful and quiet with a short walk to the pool. Amenities include a pool for families with lane swim and shallow area. Great for grandparents to sit on pool chairs with grand kiddos all while looking out at the beautiful bay view. The fitness center and recreation room overlooks the pool and bay as well. The house was very comfortable for two families with plenty of space. A well stocked kitchen to stay in and cook, which was our plan, but we found so many options for a quick bite or a foodie’s dream. We loved the place because it was clean with current decor but also comfortable and welcoming.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here the rooms were clean and spacious and the host was very helpful with anything that was needed. I would most definitely recommend this host and property for travelers.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home for our 4th of July getaway! First of all the host was very nice, very helpful and responsive to any and all inquiries. Located off of Rt 54 The home and community are wonderful the swimming pool & clubhouse were amazing which is a short walk from the house, there is also a bayfront beach and pier with a beautiful view of the bay from the swimming pool, there was ample parking at the house as well as overflow spaces in the common area not far from the house The home itself had a perfect layout with a first floor primary, a large kitchen with a big island, a powder room as well as a very nice screened porch and patio with a gas grill the upstairs had two bedrooms a full bath and a loft/living area with a queen pullout, can only say all good things about this vacation home, all in all a great week in a lovely home, would highly recommend!
