This location attracts many golfers, families and guests who are often times in town to celebrate weddings or other various occasions. Celebrating with family and friends is one of life’s greatest treasures and I’m honored to be a small part of that for many of our guests.

The location of this property is outstanding to say the least. From the moment you enter Coastal Vibes Villa, you will feel comfortable and at ease. The Villa boasts waterfront views with a screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Once outside, you will notice a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a lovely pool just steps away. Beyond that is the iconic TPC Championship Stadium course, less than a half mile away, as well as The Yards, a beautiful pickleball facility and its neighboring restaurant, Argyle. Right outside the gates of Sawgrass is Sawgrass Village. Here you will find everything you need from CVS, Publix, ABC Liquors, Sawgrass Pet Resort, Shopping, and some of Ponte Vedra’s most popular restaurants. If you are a beach goer, Mickler Landing is a short 6 minute drive away and Coastal Vibes Villa provides beach towels, chairs, and any other accessories you may need for a perfect day at the beach. ☀️🌴🌊
