Welcome to Cobia Cottage in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach! This spacious three bed/two bath house has everything you need for a restful escape from everyday life. Bike to the beach and come back to the refreshing outdoor shower, sink a few putts on the new outdoor putting green, or eat lunch al fresco on the large paved back patio with gas grill. Or just relax on plush furnishings and enjoy a movie on one of the large smart HD TVs. The house sits only 1.5 miles from Ponte Vedra Beach, a short drive to Jax Beach, and a 10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic.

In this cozy home you can enjoy a good book, play a board game with the family, or relax and watch your favorite movie or show on one of three large TVs. You can also enjoy the quiet backyard under the hanging lights on a comfortable couch, the large outdoor dining table or spacious hammock. Or take it up a notch and roast smores by the firepit play some golf or cook a meal on the new gas grill. Outdoor games such as bocce ball and cornhole are available, as well as several beach cruiser bikes. You can also now ride the new Peloton recently added to the home!

Excellent hosts and a perfect property for a stay in Jacksonville. The house is well equipped with everything you need, and there were so many thoughtful additions to ensure a great experience (multi usb charging blocks in each bedroom, plenty of towels, youtube tv set up, a playstation with games, etc etc). Would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Nicholas!

We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college . Thank you

Super cute Cobia cottage looked just like the pictures! It was clean and comfortable and cozy! Fully stocked with board games and puzzles. My kids had so much fun with the putting Green and the PlayStation as well as the basket of snacks that was a big hit for my kids. The beach was only a 10 minute bike ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Cute place with lots to do

This house is very nicely decorated and the backyard is so cute. The owners are very friendly and communicative. One of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed at. Will definitely be coming back. Great location!

Surprise Gem!

Clean, comfortable and quiet! This is a charming little cottage that is very well maintained, cozy and supplied with anything you may need. The back yard is lots of fun as well with a fire pit, hammock, games and putting green. All of the extra amenities, along with a great location make this an excellent choice for a memorable stay. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended

This is the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, so many amenities and close to everything. This is our second time here and will definitely keep coming back. We loved riding the bikes to the beach, having an umbrella and towels. They have everything for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful retreat

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and clean place to stay, this is it! Did I mention updated? Yes, this, too. Owners have anticipated every need. Back yard is a great size. You can enjoy outdoor dining, fire pit or hammock all in different areas of the yard. Owners were available for communication and responsive despite their own travels. That said, everything was in order so there was not much need. Location is good with easy access to A1A.

Quaint, cozy home

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, quaint, warm home in an “old Florida”community. We were primarily drawn to the property based on the fenced backyard and location. We thank Nick and Mirela for being very attentive and helpful hosts.

Charming and wonderful!

The property is wonderful and the hosts were excellent! The amenities and furnishings were five star and better than most luxury resorts. The cottage is well stocked with anything you might need - bottled water, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. The hosts were so kind to leave us a welcome basket full of treats and quite prompt/helpful in the communication. The location is close to the beach/golf/restaurants - and also very quiet. Overall this is the best experience through Vrbo I’ve ever had - and I’ve stayed in many!

Wonderful stay at Cobia Cottage

Our stay at at Cobia Cottage was fantastic. The home was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The location was convenient to the beach, shopping, and short drives to Jacksonville & St. Augustine. We loved the osprey in the front yard and fire pit & hammock in the backyard. The hosts, Nick & Mirela were great communicators and made everything easy. A great place to stay!

Perfect little place

This little cottage is just perfect. The owners have made every attempt to make sure guests are welcomed and have everything they could possibly need. I was a little worried driving through the neighborhood as the houses looked really small from the outside. This cottage has been totally updated and had plenty of space for our group. The bedrooms are a really good size as is the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The furnishings are all updated and the backyard is just as cute. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back again next year.
