The condo stays cozy with central heating and air conditioning; ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. The kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare meals enjoyed in the dining area and island bar. Drip coffee and espresso machines are provided. Microwave, toaster, and pressure cooker also included. You won't need to bring any beach gear; we took care of that for you providing chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and toys. The refrigerator provides filtered water and ice for you. Community and apartment are pet free and smoke/vaping free inside the apartment and 20 feet from the building. Your covered parking space is 304 in front of building B (in front of the pool).
