PERFECT LOCATION, You will know you are at the beach as soon as you walk in to this Beautiful penthouse 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 5th floor condo. Use the Request to book tab for immediate confirmation of your trip within minutes. Each bedroom offers its own on suite bath. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and family room. The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with plenty of cooking and dishware including spices ,trash bags, soap pods for dishwasher as well as dish and hand soaps. We provide Shampoo, and Bodywash in each bathroom as well as blow dryers and ample towels. The family room has books and games as well as a DVD player and many DVD movies..Family room has a lazy boy couch and love seat as well as 2 leather recliners. There is also a Queen Murphy bed in Family room in case you have an occasional overnight guest or child.The Dinning room seats 6 and we offer a booster seat in case you have a small child. The View from the Balcony is just as pictured.. Great view of Beach and Ocean. The quiet 5 th floor location means you do not have anyone above you.. and minimal walk by traffic. Our condo has beach towels, beach chairs that you can take with you to offsite locations, also coolers ,noodles, boogie board, umbrellas, and 2 sets of snorkel gear, even Sunscreen! There is off beach snorkeling at Point of Rocks area just south of the condo. Sea Shell offers FREE Beach Chaise lounges on the beach ! There is also a Tiki on the beach with picnic tables and a grill and heated pool and restrooms with showers located at the office end of the building. Nice shower to rinse off at the beach before heading back to the condo.. Nice place to read a book in the shade if you prefer. The Beach and water are clean and clear.. wonderful for kids and parents alike. Very shallow for safe swimming.. The location is awesome, South Village is just across the street Grocery Store,. 8 restaurants, Sniki Tiki with nightly music, many Shops, Beauty Salon, Drug Store, 7/11 store, Marina, Boat, Bike and Kayak rentals, Ice cream store with Bakery items, Nice place for an easy stroll . You will love the location! easy on and off the Key via Stickney Point Bridge.

You will have Parking on ground floor under building in you personal parking space. The 2 Elevators are conveniently located in the middle of the building. Coin Laundry areas located on each floor near elevators , There are luggage carriers and grocery carts located on the ground floor for ease of taking items to the condo via the elevator from you car. This is a place I'm sure you will want to return Year after year! Owners Ron and Carol are easily accessible by phone or text if you have any questions before ,during, or after your trip.

My husband and I have been married over 40 years and have had the opportunity to travel to Mexico the Carribean several times . We LOVE the beach.. But once we walked onto Siesta Key Beach we knew we wanted to have this location and the safety of the US and the ability to bring our friends and family to enjoy this area as well. We ride bikes or walk on the beach everyday. The sand is awesome.. white powder sand never hot. water is clear and usually calm.. No huge waves. we enjoy paddle boarding, and swimming. We think we picked the Best Beach!

Great two weeks on the beach.

We can not say enough good things about 507 Sea Shell condo. The unit is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Ron and Carol the owners are very easy to work with and always available to help or answer questions. The condo is in a great location, close to shopping, great places to eat and drink and easy access to the the beach. It is a 5 star stay.

Great holiday getaway

Place was wonderful! Owners were very nice and informative. Accommodations were clean and updated. Kitchen even had a crockpot and tea kettle. Building and grounds were great. Beach was the best with nice lawn chairs. Close to plenty of restaurants and a little grocery. We loved it.

Best vacation ever!

We've stayed in many condo throughout the Caribbean and Florida. This condo was better than the photos showed and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Plenty of restaurants and amenities just across the street in the South Village. We love the soft sand and the Longs chairs provided. This condo and its location could not be better! Owner-manager was very easy to work with. Our family will be back.

Absolutely Beautiful

We completely enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described. Views from balcony tremendous. Dolphin pelicans fish jumping. We are in process of rebooking.

Close to Heaven

I would have to agree that Close to Heaven (unit 507) at Seashells Condominiums is an accurate description. Ron and Carol have done a fantastic job decorating and maintaining this wonderful condo on Crescent beach. It easily accommodated our family of 5 and Ron was just a phone call away had we needed him. All the extras you'll need are provided as well. This is our second time to Siesta Key and from the 1st visit we knew we found our vacation spot. After this trip I think we found our vacation Condo. Thanks again Ron and Carol.

Bright! Relaxing! Convenient!

About four times a year I have the blessing of being able to bring my family on one of my work trips. Because of dietary needs and just plain convenience, we try to find a home or condo to stay in that has many amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Ron & Carol’s place was Amazingly Perfect. Great location. Great food and shopping near by. Steps to the beach for endless fun and fishing. We had everything thing we needed for a successful week. Ron & Carol were very sweet to us and helped us over and above in many ways. So thankful for the blessing we received this week.

Our Quoted rates are for 4 guests.. each additional guest up to six must pay an additional $75 per person per week.
Parking space is limited .. each condo has 1 reserved space under building for parking. If you need 2 cars then the 2nd space is 1st come 1st served and will need a parking tag. During Spring Break and Easter weeks we do not encourage
guests visiting from another complex or Hotel that is not located on the Beach.. using our facilities.. Family members who may live in the direct Sarasota area are welcome to visit but may not be an overnight guest unless they are included in your 6 guests.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
