Larger Master bedroom features Tommy Bahama themed furniture with California King bed, walk in closet, master bath with walk in shower, 43" Smart flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen/Full beds, walk in closet, Full bathroom with walk in shower, 43" Smart flat screen TV. Oversized Gourmet Kitchen with built in appliances, granite countertops and bar height counter with stools. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Dining area features Table with high back chairs. Living room features Sofa and loveseat, 55" Smart TV Flat Screen, games and puzzles for kids, 2 Balconies with seating and views of the bay. Two Heated Swimming Pools, Large Custom Hot Tub Overlooking Bay, Fishing Pier, BBQ's, Complimentary Fitness Center, Lighted Tennis Courts with Pickleball, Boat Docks available, Complimentary Wi-Fi, ​New washers and dryers throughout the common areas of the property. Park directly in front of the unit. Elevator and luggage carts to help with loading and unloading. We have beach towels, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, small rolling cooler and a soft sided carrying cooler available for your use, along with a beach buggy to carry it all. The laundry is onsite and very close.

What a great condo! Plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked (pans & dishes) to cook meals. Easy walk to beach and 2 pools. Plenty of restaurants and not long waits for seating. Jonathan was in constant communication with us. Definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. Jonathan was so easy to work with and responded right away when we had the slightest issue with unlocking the door. Our stay was perfect. The walk to the beach is easy and beautiful through the property. Anyone who has not been to Siesta, booking with beach access is an MUST and is why this is so important! The beach chairs being available from the beach attendant was amazing so that you don’t have to lug chairs down. No worries if you get out a little late and they are all taken though, the condo has beach chairs along with a wagon, cooler and toys. They have literally thought of everything. Beach towels, games to play, books to read…etc. The condo was very clean. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked, although we didn’t really cook at all, I mean we are on vacation right?! Hop on the free Breeze trolly, that has a stop a short walk away, and grab a bite at the nearby restaurants. There are so many to try! Also the security and staff were all so pleasant even with our teenage kids during a very hectic spring break time. We purposely did not book a different property because of how rude the security was to us in a past year when visiting friends, so this was very nice! Don’t hesitate to book this property!!! We will definitely be back when not traveling with our fur babies.

Great place to stay!

Place was very clean, as pictured. We were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the weather. Also loved my husband and father could go to fish on the doc while I enjoyed the hot tub/pool in the evenings.

Great Place!

The unit was beautiful - just as pictures showed. It was comfortable and quiet and was a great fit for us - a married couple and 3 young adult kids. The location was great - close walk to the beach and bay side, and close to a trolley stop. We had the best time!!
