Beautiful home and property. Both were very spacious. Fantastic woodwork interiors throughout. Great location with quick walk to a covered bridge near the entrance to the property. Owners were always very responsive and enjoyable to talk to.

Everything about this stay was great! Everything was clean and cozy, the host was very friendly and clear in communication, and the house itself was spacious and plenty enough room for the five of us friends. The property was gorgeous for the fall season and we loved that we could sit outside too. We also liked that the kitchen had everything we needed in terms of pots/pans/utensils so we could cook dinner! And we of course were big fans of the coffee station. Overall a great time and I can see ourselves coming back for sure.

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Lovely location. Exceptional woodwork throughout the home. Loved being back home after 15 years of being gone this place made it feel even more like home.

This place is a hidden gem. Tons of room. Everything brand new, nice natural wood finishes everywhere. Super clean. All amenities as described. Quite location - secluded yet close to highway access. Great for family / friends’ reunions, peaceful, yet close to whatever you may need in Ashtabula. Outdoor there is enough room to play soccer with kids and explore surroundings. BBQ fire pit with chairs. Property is right on the river , steps from covered bridge. The movie theater/ arcade room is a huge bonus , with those 6 comfy recliners - kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner made it easy and enjoyable, very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this cottage and will likely rent it again.
