House was in great condition, owner was very attentive/responsive.Only concern being the posting is listed as a cottage/house when there is a 2nd dwelling in the basement that could be occupied.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the home and for appreciating our responsiveness — we truly value that.
I would just like to clarify that the basement is not a separate dwelling. It is currently blocked off and used only as a storage area, and no one is living there. We always prioritize our guests’ privacy and comfort.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future!
The stove wasn’t working and periodically gave a beep (similar to a fire alarm low battery). We didn’t need it so just unplugged it. The owner was responsive and offered to fix it but since it didn’t impact us we told them it could wait. Only mentioning in case it still isn’t fixed for the next renter so that they have proof it’s a known issue.

Hi, thank you for letting me know and for your understanding. Yes, we’re going to replace the oven shortly—this just happened coincidentally. I appreciate you flagging it for us.
