Car lovers dream luxury 2nd floor apartment in Sand City CA. In the heart of all the Car Week action directly off of HWY 1 and a short walk to the beach. Including a garage with an electric lift to work on and detail your dream cars. Apartment and garage professionally decorated with automotive themed artwork and accessories including a Indy 500 race driven driver’s suit. Suit was worn by EJ Viso during the 100th running of the Indy 500.
Apartment includes luxury sheets, towels and other amenities. Also 2 large screen smart tv’s, cable, high speed internet. Well appointed kitchen. Outdoor terrace with high quality seating, dining, and an outdoor grill. Sand City is a quiet work/live eclectic neighborhood in walking distance to 2 terrific coffeeshops, Michelin star restaurants, Costco, Target and many other shopping/dining options. Utilities included. Cleaning fee is $200 per stay.
