We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The property is truly a gem, with stunning sunset views, a huge backyard, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with family. The fire pit, play area, and swing were great additions, especially for families with kids. The house itself was exceptionally clean, well organized, and equipped with modern amenities. We especially loved the patio area—it was the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the beautiful lake views and sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and away from the crowds, which made the entire stay feel relaxing and serene. The morning views were just as beautiful as the sunsets.Overall, this place is a true hidden gem and a perfect choice for a family getaway or weekend hangout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful lake retreat

Thank you so much. I am so happy you had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at our lakehome.
Jincy was very quick to respond to me when I had questions. The biggest issues that I had during the stay was that the living room tv remote was lost in the sectional couch and it took a small child’s arm to be able to reach and grab it. It was a bummer b/c this was a guys weekend for my sons 16th birthday; we all wanted to watch a movie in the living room but couldn’t. Next was the a/c and fans - there are so many fans throughout the main areas and a remote for each one…along with a light switch and fan switch on the wall, for each fan. No matter what we tried, we could not get the living room fan to stay on while the light was off. It got really hot, so we kept going to the thermostat and found that it kept going back up even though we kept turning it down to 70-72. I would guess it is app-controlled outside of the home, but I’m not sure. The final thing is that I didn’t realize that the bunk beds are in a very small “attic” space which requires walking up steep, tiny steps. No big deal, but the bunk beds are not normal sized. They would not fit a teenager and therefore, the guys had to sleep two to a bed in the biggest room of the house. Those are full sized beds I think, so it was not comfortable for them. Otherwise, it is well-stocked on anything you could need (every cabinet is labeled so you don’t have to guess), and the property is gorgeous. It was easily one of the prettiest sunsets I have ever been able to see in-person in DFW (I’m a local). Overall, it was great!
