The space was clean, we'll organized, thoughtfully prepared with decor, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the showers, quiet and safe neighbothood, supplied with travel sized toiletries, and kitchen items. The owner communicated expectations clearly and was very helpful with locally food and entertainment recommendations. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the Iowa City/ Solon area.
