This property is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The nice touches when I got in were very adorable and added to the comfort of my stay. Safe area, easy parking, and very communicative host! Will be back if I ever need something like this again a great area that’s central to everything!

Our stay was lovely at Neric's place. Nice decor, clean, comfortable, & quiet. The AC worked well to keep the home at the perfect temp for us. We will stay here again!

Very clean! Great air conditioning! Great ambiance! The host was very friendly and I felt very safe. There was a 1500 security deposit, but that’s my only unpleasantness. Would love to stay again

This is probably the nicest place in which I have stayed in my thirty or so years of traveling to San Diego. And Rico was a superb host. But I didn’t have to ask him for much, as he provided an abundance of sundries and drinks. Highest recommendation.
