Your San Diego adventure begins in this newly built, stylish, 1 bedroom. Just 20 min from the beach, SeaWorld, 7 min to Cowell's mountain trailhead. Walking distance to the trolley station. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a large walk-in closet for those who like to bring ample amounts of clothes. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heat/AC, WiFi, and a full size washer and dryer. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower to start your day. A large kitchen with full size appliances so you can have home cooked meals, just like at home. this home offers extras such as use of Beach towels, boogie boards (on request), and plenty of games for those who like to enjoy a quiet evening at home.

Kat the hostess was just perfect and we were able to stay in 100 degree weather and were comfortable. It will certainly stay here again when we make a trip to San Diego. Clean ans well stocked and and had everything.

This place had everything I needed for my stay.Kitchen was perfect and the area was close to food, shopping and freeways. Super quiet as well. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Love the layout of this apartment! It’s really smart and the spaces are generous. We were impressed with the kitchen, despite not having time to use it. We stayed while visiting our son and first grandbaby - a boy - so we spent most of our time at his place nearby helping the new mom and dad all day. We would just crash for the nights. The bed was super comfy after a long day of bouncing a baby. Our only confusion upon a late night arrival was attempting to unlock the keypad to the wrong house! Embarrassing. That’s on us! Follow the directions. The unit is to the back of the property. Just walk the full length of the driveway and you’ll see it. We would definitely rent again! Kat made it easy! Thank you!

Such a delightful place.

We hope to return!

We have family in the immediate area and needed a place for 6 nights. This truly felt like our home away from home. The unit was private, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Kat was a great host. We will return!

This was such a great property! great neighborhood, not too far off the freeway, parking was great, the entire property was clean and welcoming. The rental exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be staying there again when I head down to SD.

Short trip to San Diego

We stayed for three days. property was beautiful and centrally located in a very nice location. Kat was very accommodating in that we had six adults and nine children visit us, and we were able to use the patio to make everyone comfortable . We would recommend this property to everyone.

Love the relaxing view!

Our second time staying in this cute apartment, which once again met our needs as a base for visiting family and friends in the area. Parking and accessing the unit are simple, and the relaxing view is wonderful. The owner is thoughtful and quick to respond to any needs or concerns. Thank you!

Great Place!

What a wonderful property! My husband and I stayed for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU. It was easy access to and from the campus and if needed, the trolley station is within walking distance from the property. The property has everything that you could need for kitchen washer dryer for longer stays perfect little apartment for an extended stay for sure! Thehost was very responsive, and even offered some beach items if we decided for a beach day. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to San Diego. We will definitely be staying again when we come out to visit our daughter.
