About the host
Hosted by James Morrison
I love to travel and this service seems like a great way to subsidize my passion for exploring new places. I'm a young professional who has slightly more house than he needs so I'm happy to help others stay in and explore my home town of San Diego.
Why they chose this property
I purchased this property because I was familiar with the neighborhood and it's central location.
Since I've purchase the property I've added more units to the parcel so that I could live in one of the units and rent the other one out.
What makes this property unique
I would say the main benefit to this house is it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions San Diego has to provide. One could argue that it is located in the heart of San Diego.
Additionally, it's near the trolley line (5 minute walk) and the neighbors are super friendly.
